The room was dirty, with graffiti on the walls. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the facilities were old and broken in many places. The dining was not good value for money, and the transportation was inconvenient, requiring a shuttle service. There was noticeable noise at night from the road-side rooms, and the curtains didn't block out the light. The room phone couldn't connect to the front desk. There's a small garden, but it's empty. Don't expect too much from this hotel.

It was a really lovely hotel with lovely views of the beach/ocean. It’s right by the waterfront so it gives a really calm serene feeling. Also the staff and manager are nice. Good value

The hygiene was excellent, and the environment was comfortable. The shuttle service was very convenient, and it offered great value for money! The entire hotel staff had an excellent service attitude! Next time I visit, I'll definitely book at The Harbourview again!

The breakfast was good, and the shuttle bus every half an hour was also very convenient. No issues at all, besides being a bit far out.

This hotel offers a convenient buffet dinner on Saturdays and Sundays, so there's no need to order takeout. Plus, they serve lunch from 11 AM to 3 PM every day from Monday to Sunday, which is great.

The environment here is fantastic, and the facilities are all very well-equipped. The service is also excellent; every day, the staff greeted us with a smile and were very attentive. It's not too far from Disney, which is very convenient. And especially the hotel's view!!! It's absolutely stunning.

The hotel's overall environment is quite good, offering both sea and mountain views. The shuttle bus to the subway is also convenient. However, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, which was inconvenient. The hot water in the morning was slow to come out, and there was no label to dial the front desk on the phone. The hotel didn't even have a simple plastic bag.

The room facilities were a bit old, but the size wasn't small, and it was enough for three people. Plus, there was a free shuttle bus to the MTR station the next day. Although they didn't provide free drinking water, the purified water from the vending machine downstairs was only 3 HKD, which is already considered a good deal for water in Hong Kong. Overall, a positive experience!

The room is so nice for the price especially in HK, if you like nature places you can visit Shing Mun Reservoir, its not far from the place. The room is quite spacious for solo traveler. The view from the window is beautiful facing the sunset. Will stay here if I go TW again.

Extremely poor. Just checked in, my child touched the sofa, and several splinters, possibly transparent fiberglass, got stuck in his fingers. There was fine fiberglass on the sofa, probably left by the previous guest and not cleaned properly. I asked the hotel staff if they had antiseptic iodine, but they had nothing, only offered a band-aid. They sent housekeeping to wipe the sofa, but we didn't dare to sit on it afterwards. We just made do for the night. The next day, we quickly changed rooms. The room facilities were old and outdated. The light switches were the old-fashioned kind, like something from the 90s. The walls were peeling. The exhaust fan buzzed loudly, making a terrible noise. The soundproofing was very poor; people talking in the hallway outside sounded as if they were in our room. I don't know if it was the next door or upstairs, but there was always a thumping sound in the middle of the night. Couldn't sleep well. The hotel had many tour groups coming and going every day. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided and had to be purchased. The buffet selection was pitifully small and meager. Brunch was charged at full adult price for anyone over 3 years old. The most bizarre thing was that every day, room cleaning only cleaned half the room, just making the bed. The bathroom trash was not emptied. The slippers in the room were scattered everywhere, and new towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toilet paper were not provided. I kindly assumed they might have forgotten due to other tasks after cleaning half, but the next day, it was still only half cleaned, just the bed made, and no new towels or bathrobes were left. I went to the hallway to ask the cleaning staff for towels, but they told me to speak English. So I asked for towels in English. There were dirty water stains in the elevator, and the cleaning lady simply threw three white towels on the elevator floor and mopped them with her feet. The hotel location was remote, with nothing around. The nearest convenience store and restaurants required a bus ride to Tsuen Wan. The hotel's shuttle bus only operated until 7 PM, which was very inconvenient. The other Hong Kong hotel we stayed at in the first stage was superior to this one in every aspect.

Overall the stay in the hotel is comfortable. I enjoy the sea view and spacious living room. However, it’s quite inconvenient to buy bottles of water from the automatic machine in the Basement level. It would be better for the hotel to provide bottles of distilled water every day like other hotels. Also the exhaust fan is quite noisy. It needs to turn off after use to keep the room quiet.  I hope there would have above improvement soon and I definitely would like to come back for staycation next time!

The environment here is fantastic, and there's a swimming pool. The room is spacious with a great view; you can see the sea as soon as you open the curtains. I always book this hotel when I go back to Hong Kong. The only inconvenience is that the shuttle service from the hotel to Tsuen Wan MTR station isn't frequent enough, so the waiting time is too long.

Really great! Clean and tidy, it felt refreshing walking in. It's rare to find such a spacious room in Hong Kong. Although it's a bit far from the city center, they have a shuttle bus, which is really good. Big thumbs up!
