Highly recommended for families esp. with kids. Resto downstairs, pool, kids playground. And also free shuttle back and forth going to Tsuen Wan West Station (mall, market, and all) I love our family room.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I had no problems here. The hotel is in a still good place where I can get a rest and enjoy an ocean view. This’s my second time and I hope not the last. There’re many different restaurants at the subway station and shops to explore. I’m into that area. Thanks.

Quite loaction with beautiful view. Direct bus line between hotel and airport. Hotel free shuttle provided convenient local transportation opton. Spaceious guest room with the bay view is excellent. Highly recommend with reasonable budget.

The hotel is clean. We stayed 7 nights and they clean and changed towel every day. The location is a litte far to everything. Hotel provided the shuttle bus but limit only 24 persons as small bus. In the morning lots of people can not take it even they came down earlier than bus schedule.

Good and near our business trips. We will book again on this hotel accommodation in themodations near future.

The hotel is great! We had a sea view room, and the scenery from the room was beautiful. The soundproofing was excellent, and the room was very spacious, even including a mini kitchen. It's incredibly rare to find such a spacious triple room with such great value for money in Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

The location is not convenient. The free shuttle bus every 30min only has 24 seats! Hence, it's very likely for you to take an alternative during peak hour instead. The bed is extremely hard. It's like sleeping on a plank. Internal decoration is bit old.

The scenery is great, and getting around by bus is convenient. If you're not in a rush, staying here is quite peaceful and quiet. You can even go for a run in the evenings. The hotel also has a pool with specific operating hours, but I didn't get a chance to use it this time!

First off, we tried to cancel our reservation because our child was unwell, but the hotel wouldn't budge. Luckily, our child recovered, so we came to Hong Kong. After checking in, we had a lot of luggage, and no concierge offered to help. The hotel also doesn't provide complimentary bottled water; you have to buy it yourself. Even extra toiletries cost money. They do have a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and Tsuen Wan West Station, which is very convenient. We booked a sea view suite, and the view was indeed lovely. I've stayed here a few times before, but this was definitely my worst experience.

The room was fairly clean, but the facilities were old. There were no toothbrushes or complimentary bottled water provided, making it comparable to a budget hotel in mainland China. The transportation was not very convenient, as it was 7 kilometers from the nearest subway station. The only good thing was the direct sea view!

This is a legitimate hotel with beautiful surroundings. The rooms have windows, and honestly, everything else is great except for the lack of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The price is comparable to a 7 Days Inn on the mainland, which makes it excellent value for money in Hong Kong. My advice to everyone: bring your own food; bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as the hotel doesn't provide them for free; the hotel's check-in time is 2 PM, so if your room isn't ready before then, you'll have to wait – don't lose your temper; and some corners of the hotel could be a bit cleaner.

Far from tourist spot destination, but thye have shuttle bus going to MTR. If you want to relax and experience local area it's a good hotel to stay
