Pretty good! The service was great, and it's really close to the subway station. Facilities: Haha, just okay. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Decent. Service: Attentive and patient, very polite, and spoke with a lovely voice.

Facilities: The room was small but had everything I needed, making me feel very secure! I really liked it. Hygiene: Very clean, satisfied. Environment: The hotel's interior is beautifully decorated, and there's a lounge area next to the front desk where you can enjoy free coffee. It's also a very quick walk to Prince Edward MTR station. Service: The service was excellent, not at all unfriendly towards guests as some negative reviews claimed. I was a bit worried after seeing those bad reviews before coming, but it turns out the front desk staff were very nice and patient.

The manager was incredibly kind and gave us a room with a fantastic view. Even though we only stayed for one night, I felt it was excellent value for money. It's also very conveniently located, about a ten-minute walk from Prince Edward MTR Station. I'll definitely come back again next time!

The room isn't huge, but it's very clean, the hygiene is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The coffee in the lobby is really good, and they give you a pineapple bun every morning, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is great, not far from Prince Edward MTR Station. The hotel price is moderate. Recommended.

This was a temporary stay. The room was located right under an elevated highway, and guests need to bring their own toiletries. The soundproofing wasn't great. On the plus side, for tourists, Nathan Road is very close by, which is a definite advantage.

I had a layover in Hong Kong during my trip. I was a bit worried when I first booked the hotel, but it turned out to be very convenient and clean.

The location is good, a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and quick access to Mong Kok, making it a great choice for sightseeing. Getting to Disneyland is fast. I would book again. Breakfast offers coffee and pineapple buns.

For my impression is this hotel NOT 4 Stars category! Feel a little like a Hostel not a Hotel The Room is small and nothing is provided. NO toothbrush NO Comb NO Tee No Coffee NO Wather. The checkin staff is not friendly

This hotel provided super good class mattress. Even much better than 5 star hotel. My room is on 21 floor and the city view is beautiful. The hotel price is not high in compare with other 4 stars hotel in hotel. I definitely will go back to stay in this hotel because I want to have a good sleep

I've stayed here several times now and it's always pretty good. Great value for money, well-equipped, and quite clean. The service is also decent. Overall, it's a good place.

The room was quite small, and it was a bit of a walk from the subway station. You have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or buy them at an additional cost. The bathroom was tiny; you had to open the door all the way to get out.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk even offered free freshly ground coffee, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the Olympic Metro Station.

The hotel's floor-to-ceiling window view was amazing, and the water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. They offer complimentary luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. The price was great too. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again if I get the chance to visit Hong Kong.
