Maple Leaf Guest House

Great location, the guesthouse is just inside Chungking Mansions building. There is a lot of restaurant, souvenier shop, and actually there is a lot of hotel/guesthouse inside the mansion.. everything is walking distance such as popular bakehouse, Victoria harbour, museum,K11 Mall, bus station, ferry terminal, train station (there are 2 nearby exit L1 and N)and many more. From the check in process and staff services is superb( i just dont remember their name🥹), lovely, she gave us nicest room and what matter the most are the room safety and cleanliness✨👍 we are not expecting too much but this guesthouse is not bad. I like the blanket and the bed, it is so comfy and the stool is just too cute to make us easy to climb on the bed😂. Overall we ❤️the room and love to stay here again. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service. Recommended.

Terrible hostel! Smoking everywhere! Rude owner open the door in the middle of me in the toilet. Asked her closed the door . Im in toilet. She don't care. I never seen such rude people. Avoid at all costs. Was asking extra 100$ when check out. Everything is smelly from cigarettes 🚬. Very noisy all night cannot sleep. 2am 3am customer arriving. The owner speaking so load with customers. Woking up every hour. You can't sleep. Can't breathe. Can't use toilet in privacy. Absolute nightmare.

Before booking, I contacted the owner, Lisa, first, because I would arrive early in the morning at HKIA, whether I could do a late check-in or not. Lisa was very responsive, patient and helped me as well when I first arrived in Hong Kong. She is really helpful. The room is indeed small but clean, every day there are staff who will help clean the room. The staff are also kind and friendly. I highly recommend this if you want to travel or solo travel. The place is comfortable and quiet. Thank you.
