The room was clean and larger than expected, which is a pleasant surprise for Hong Kong. The bathroom was also quite spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. The A11 airport bus stop is conveniently located at the nearby Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, and Sheung Wan MTR station is also close by. It's also within walking distance to the Macau ferry and the Outlying Islands ferry (Central Ferry Piers). The front desk is on the 2nd floor, accessible by a dedicated elevator. They offer free breakfast and coffee daily. The downsides are that there are only two elevators for 38 floors, which means a wait every time. Also, the soundproofing isn't great. The doors of several rooms are very close together, so you can clearly hear them opening and closing. Since the hotel is on a busy street, it's fine if it's quiet outside, but any conversations downstairs are noticeable. I specifically requested a higher floor and a room away from the elevator when booking due to concerns about noise, but at check-in, I was told that my room type only has one per floor... right next to the elevator... so my request was useless!

Seriously, if you're reading this review and haven't booked this hotel yet, don't even think about it. It's worse than you can imagine. If you've already booked and it's non-refundable, just cut your losses and find another place. You'll thank me later.

The location is quite easy to find, and there are three elevators, one of which goes directly to the front desk on the second floor. This separation is great and prevents crowding! The surrounding environment is also super convenient; it's only 300 meters from M&S, which I visited daily and managed to buy some butter biscuits and tea, haha! The room was bigger than expected and quite clean. Even though I stayed for 4 days, it was cleaned every day. The only minor issue, which is a bit of a deduction, was that on the first day, the toilet water flushed out a dirty color, and I'm not sure what it was.

The transportation is convenient, and the environment is pleasant. The front desk staff provided excellent service. There are many great food options nearby. My colleagues were all very satisfied with our stay during this business trip, and we'll definitely stay here again next time.
