The room size and natural lighting were better than expected, but it also had a common issue found in many Hong Kong hotels: no toiletries provided. You'll need to bring your own international adapter or purchase one from the hotel. The hotel's location is quite good, with many Hong Kong seafood vendors downstairs. Overall everything is nice. Good location. Nice staff. Clean. There are convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

The service was good, but the facilities weren't. The bed in the suite was a spring folding bed and it was impossible to sleep on; it really hurt my back and waist.

📍Hotel Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐ First of all, I apologize that the photos in this review are not very clear because they were taken from a computer screen. However, I still wanted to share my experience because this hotel was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had for the price. For around THB 2,000–2,300 per night, this hotel offers amazing value. The location is excellent—very close to Central Station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The room had a beautiful view, was very clean, and looked modern. The air conditioning was new and worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The front desk staff were fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and always available whenever I needed assistance. The building itself felt very clean, safe, and secure. There were many international guests staying here, which gave the place a great atmosphere. Another thing I really liked was the shared dining area, where guests can sit and relax. They also provide free drinking water, tea, and coffee, which is a thoughtful touch and makes the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this is definitely one of the hotels I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, safe, beautiful hotel with a great location and excellent service at an affordable price. ⭐ Highly recommended!

Very convenient location and polite staff. It's clean and relatively well maintained. My only complaints are - i) the room was a bit humid, ii) lift was so small and inefficient. Otherwise it was a good stay and great value for money. There was a simple breakfast in the morning which I thankfully enjoyed.

Great location, not far from Sheung Wan MTR station. There's a Sheung Wan Civic Centre nearby with many local food stalls. It's also very convenient to take the bus to the airport.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, very easy to find with clear signage. The facilities are quite comprehensive, the environment is very clean, and the room view is great. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay!

The room size was decent, and the hot water in the bathroom was good – a nice temperature with strong pressure. Sounds okay, right? But actually, there are serious issues, and I wouldn't recommend spending over 700 to stay here. There's only one power outlet in the entire room, and it's not even near the bed. It's really low to the ground, which makes charging anything incredibly inconvenient. Even as a solo traveler, I found it very awkward to use. The bathroom was even worse; there was absolutely no power outlet. I brought my own hairdryer, but couldn't use it at all.

The high-floor view is amazing, with skyscrapers lining up, giving it a very Hong Kong vibe. The room size is quite large for Hong Kong, and the modern decor is stylish and clean. The hygiene is excellent. The only downside is that the soundproofing of the room door isn't great.

The location is central, just about a ten-minute walk from the heart of Central. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby. Although the room isn't particularly spacious, it's well-equipped and the service is excellent. It's perfect for business travelers.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The cleanliness was good too, it's just that the room was a bit damp. Every morning when I woke up, the floor was wet. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Close to the MTR, and there are tons of food options, cafes, and convenience stores around, so it was really easy to get around and find something to eat at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy and the room felt modern enough for a short stay.

My second stay here was even better! First off, this time I got a really well-proportioned room, not the one by the elevator, though there aren't many rooms on each floor so getting to the elevator is always convenient. Then, I absolutely have to praise the housekeeping staff. Here, you can scan a QR code on the desk to order amenities, and they'll be delivered. When I was at Hong Kong Disneyland, I got bitten terribly by midges and had scratched my skin till it bled a little. I was worried about staining the sheets, so I added a note asking for two band-aids. When the housekeeping staff delivered my items, she proactively asked if I had injured myself. When she found out it was due to insect bites, she told me not to cover the wound and assured me it was okay if it got on the bed. She then suggested I could buy some topical anti-itch medicine (like Mopidick) at the convenience store (it was late at night, and I had originally planned to just bear it until I could go to a pharmacy the next morning). Also, the hotel breakfast is pretty good. While I do enjoy going to local cafes (Bing Sutt/Cha Chaan Teng) for breakfast, experiencing the hotel's breakfast was quite nice too. After a tiring day at Hong Kong Disneyland, it was super convenient to sleep in, wake up to a sunny and warm day outside, grab a quick bite at the hotel, and then go back to sleep. Overall, I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

A nice clean and friendly place for a short stay - good amenities and location. Great shower but the bed is a bit too firm. Would stay again.
