I remember the first time I traveled to Hong Kong with my family about 10 years ago, and we stayed at this hotel on our first night. I never imagined that years later, bringing my son here, this would be his first overnight stay in Hong Kong, and we'd be at the same hotel again. The biggest advantage is its convenience; the hotel is right in Terminal 1, making it incredibly easy to catch a flight.

The hotel's location is good, and the surrounding environment is pleasant. With four beds in one room, it's perfect for families traveling together. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and the quality is quite good. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to New Town Plaza, or a 29 RMB taxi ride. The Moonlight Restaurant next to the hotel is also very reasonably priced. The only thing I was really dissatisfied with this time was that I had specifically requested a high-floor room away from the elevators when I checked in. Instead, I was given room 579, which was the closest to the elevator. Apparently, because there were so many guests, our room type was only available on the 5th floor. Also, since I was staying for two consecutive nights, I wanted the bedsheets changed daily. However, the room attendant said that for consecutive stays, sheets are only changed every three days. I don't understand why this is the case – I'm paying for the room every day, so shouldn't the second day's room rate be half or a third off?

A pleasant and convenient hotel located very close to Hong Kong International Airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which makes it a good option for early flights or events nearby. I stayed here while attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo. It was very convenient, as the venue is close and reachable on foot, partly via covered walkways. There are a few basic options inside AsiaWorld-Expo, including a 7-Eleven and Starbucks, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The room itself is small but functional. The bathroom and shower are separate. There are two large towels and two small towels. The sink is located in the room, not inside the bathroom. Toiletries are provided, including toothbrushes, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. Everything was clean and well maintained. To avoid waiting until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, I was offered an early check-in with a twin room, which I accepted. The room felt quite compact, and the second bed takes up a lot of space, so it can easily become a luggage area if you are staying alone. In the room, there is a kettle, tea, a couple of tea bags, coffee, a safe, and bottled water. A carafe is provided, and you can refill clean drinking water on your floor. You just need to call reception by dialing zero, and they will tell you where the water dispenser is located on your floor. There is not much around the hotel at ground level. On-site, there is a restaurant serving breakfast, as well as vending machines with simple snacks, cookies, and soft drinks. For more options, you need to walk to the nearby shopping area or AsiaWorld-Expo. My room windows faced another hotel, the Marriott, so there was no view, but it was very quiet. No airplane noise at all, which was a nice surprise for an airport hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and very practical for airport stays or nearby events. Everything worked well, and I would rate it 5 stars for convenience and functionality.

Hotel near Wan Chai and Causeway Bay,Hong Kong 7.7% of visitors choose this area

The Regal Hotel was the biggest surprise of our Greater Bay Area trip, exceeding all expectations! While an older hotel, it's very well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and the bedding and mattress were incredibly comfortable and soft. The absolute best part is its superb location in Causeway Bay, offering excellent transport links. We arrived from Zhuhai via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the A11 bus takes you directly to the hotel. For our return to mainland China, there's a CTS (China Travel Service) bus ticket office right next to the hotel entrance. You can buy tickets a day in advance for easy access to Shenzhen Port, Shenzhen Airport, and various cities in Guangdong. During our stay in Hong Kong, we walked to Sogo, Hysan Place, and Times Square, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. To get to Wan Chai Pier for the Star Ferry, you can catch a 'ding ding' tram right outside the hotel, and the MTR station is also very close, making getting around incredibly convenient. Finally, a special thanks to the hotel for providing a birthday cake 🎂 and red wine for my friend, which made for a wonderful birthday celebration in Hong Kong.

Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong 29.6% of visitors choose this area

Traveling with two adults and two children, the two 1.5-meter beds were perfect for our stay. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Considering the building's age, location, and price, I felt it was good value for money. The location is a major highlight; it's within a 5-minute walk of Victoria Harbour, the Hong Kong Museum of History, and the Hong Kong Science Museum. Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station is just over a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach Tsim Sha Tsui station in about 10 minutes by taking the escalator underground, passing K11 along the way. There are also many dining options and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. We were very satisfied as a family traveling with kids. A quick tip: due to Hong Kong's many small intersections, navigation apps might sometimes lead you astray or on a roundabout route for short distances, so it's a good idea to ask for directions.

Larger than I expected! Since there were no rooms available on the 31st and I didn't want to switch rooms, they upgraded me to a better room type. It's much newer than the Causeway Bay branch. The bay window is huge, perfect for putting large suitcases. It's just a short walk from the airport bus stop. The MTR station is a bit of a distance, but overall, it's pretty good.
