I didn't drive, so I specifically chose this hotel because it's the closest to the scenic area entrance. The environment is great, and the room amenities, supplies, and butler service were all very thoughtful, showing very professional management. The restaurant's food was good and reasonably priced, and the staff were polite and attentive. I also really liked how the room's lighting and furniture had unique characteristics reflecting the vegetation of Wawu Mountain.

It's very close to Wawushan Scenic Area, making it convenient for traveling with children. The hotel environment is great, with electric blankets and a fantastic heated towel rack in the bathroom. There's also a children's playground and hot springs, which is very nice.

The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, just a three-minute walk to the visitor center by turning left, making hiking very convenient. The rooms are heated, so you won't feel cold in winter. The hotel's set meals are generous in portion size and not more expensive than in town, making it the best choice after a hike.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the Wawushan Scenic Area cable car station, making it very convenient to get in and out of the scenic area. The front desk staff were friendly, and the room key card sleeve was thoughtfully designed, printing information about the hotel's breakfast and other amenities on it. The hotel seems to be an older one, with relatively low ceilings, but the rooms were clean and hygienic. Dinner and breakfast were both disappointing. The food we ordered at the restaurant for dinner didn't seem to be prepared by a professional chef; the quality was very poor. Breakfast had a limited selection of dishes, but thankfully there was yogurt, coffee, and freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles, which was acceptable. The vending machines in the lobby had a wide variety of drinks and snacks, satisfying our evening snack cravings. I hope the chefs can improve their cooking skills.

The room was clean, and the service was warm. There were rooms available that day, and the manager proactively upgraded us to a family room free of charge. Thumbs up!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the scenic area. The service was also very attentive, especially the front desk manager, Ms. Liu. The only drawback was the limited selection of breakfast options, and the quality could be improved.

Staying at Wawu Mountain Residence Hotel during the National Day holiday exceeded my expectations! 💯 The hotel's location is superb, right at the entrance of the Wawu Mountain Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk from the cable car station, so there was no rush. Our family room was cozy and adorable, and the kids especially loved it. The room was clean and tidy, the shower water pressure was great, and the electric towel rack was a perfect touch – warm towels after a shower! The service deserves special praise. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and attentive, proactively explaining the sightseeing routes and even thoughtfully providing breakfast vouchers for the children. Free parking at the hotel was a huge convenience for families with cars. The overall facilities were very well maintained. From the comfortable bedding to the fun in the family room, it was excellent value for money. This stay greatly enhanced our Wawu Mountain trip, and I highly recommend it to families with children! 👨👩👧👦
