Don't book it. The hotel's location doesn't match the map. The map marks the hotel next to the police station, but even the police don't know where it is. I asked someone at the tourism bureau, and they said it's on another island. The most ridiculous thing is that when I told Ctrip the location was wrong, they said they checked it technically and it was correct. I ask you, can't they manually check the map? Or are they so engrossed in code that they've forgotten maps even exist? Someone who hasn't been there before might think it's in Honiara on a map, but I specifically pointed out the location was wrong, and Ctrip's staff didn't even check where Isabel province is, or if it's Honiara, before replying that the hotel's location and latitude/longitude were correct? Or did Ctrip's technicians move the hotel next to the police station without the local police's knowledge?
