Hawaii Vacation Condos by Outrigger properties in Honolulu

Renovation is great, but bathrooms are tiny! Only one can fit and it would have to be a thin person. Otherwise, the room is good, but walls are thin. There's also a charge for everything. Early checkin was $75, even though a room was ready. Great location and nightly rate is more reasoable than most, so for those reasons I'd recommend staying here

Very pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

The location is excellent, with the beach, shopping, and restaurants just steps away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a chic, Hawaiian atmosphere. The staff were also very kind and always greeted us with a smile. It was a truly luxurious experience to enjoy the view from the balcony while feeling the ocean breeze in the morning. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to fully enjoy Waikiki. I'll definitely stay here again.

Hotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice!  There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki.  Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.

I couldn't stay with double booking, but I had a larger room on the beach next door. Therefore, the cleanliness and equipment evaluation are in the middle. Double booking is not a compliment, but the response was very good and I was able to enjoy my family vacation.
