The Japanese staff members who were there during the day were very kind. Although it's shared so it can't be helped, the washroom and bathroom were dirty. What's more, the locker room was a fatal flaw; many of the locks were broken, and they could be easily opened by pulling, which made me concerned about security. This is a good hotel for those who can manage themselves.

I stayed in a First Class room. The view from the hotel was excellent, and the location was superb, making it easy to get around anywhere. Although I couldn't open my large suitcase in the room, there was a dedicated First Class area right outside the room where I could unpack it. However, the shower room wasn't very clean; the rack for towels and toiletries was rusty, and there was sand scattered on the floor. Additionally, the toilet was often clogged or dirty, which was disappointing.

Traveling solo in Hawaii can get expensive, so this place was excellent for sticking to a budget. Inside the pod, I'd occasionally hear people on the phone late at night, but it was generally quiet and I had no issues. The restrooms, sinks, and showers often weren't as clean as they could be, so a bit more frequent cleaning would have been a nice improvement. However, for this price, I don't think there's another hotel that offers a private space like this, so I'm very satisfied.

Even though it was a room-only plan, there was a Target nearby, so we could eat things we bought there, plate lunches, or even items we brought from Japan in the common area lobby. It was great that there was a microwave, a fridge, and a toaster!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff changed the bath towels daily for everyone. The location is not far from Waikiki Beach; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the beach. It's also close to an ABC convenience store, which makes things even more convenient.

Pretty good. The room was clean, and the bedding was changed every three days, provided there was nothing on the bed. It's very close to the beach, with many luxury shops and ABC Stores nearby. The only minor inconvenience was that the water dispenser wasn't very convenient for rinsing during my wash-up.

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. They offer free luggage storage for suitcases and backpacks throughout your stay (until check-out), and you can easily retrieve or deposit items by simply asking at the front desk. When I checked in around 3 PM, there was a Japanese-speaking woman at the front desk, and in the evening, it was an English-speaking man. The facilities are generally clean, quiet, and problem-free. The common area has basic amenities like an electric kettle and a microwave, so you can eat and drink there. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.
