Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach, Honolulu

The room was clean and tidy with a nice view. The location is excellent, just a 200-step walk to the beach. The zoo, the white McDonald's, and ABC Store are all very close. Breakfast was simple but tasted good, leaning towards Japanese style. Eating watermelon on the balcony while looking at the sea was quite enjoyable. However, I'd suggest keeping the room service and reception phones clear. For a $50 resort fee per day, not many services were provided. Housekeeping didn't answer the phone, and disposable slippers weren't offered.

Had a fantastic stay! It's very close to the city center, and all the staff were incredibly polite. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. We were given a high-floor room, which made it super convenient to get to all the attractions.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier, they patiently used translation software to communicate with us. The hotel's location is fantastic – very close to the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right downstairs. Public transport is also super convenient, just a step away. Thumbs up! 👍

Great value for money, very close to the beach, and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea from the room. Service was also pretty good. However, the room was generally a bit small, and there were occasional spots that didn't feel quite clean (like the wardrobe and sofa bed).

Great location, right next to a shopping mall. The room was a bit old but very clean. The front desk staff can be a bit short when they're busy, but most of the time they're very friendly and welcoming.

Location: Very close to Waikiki Beach, with many trendy spots nearby. Service: Housekeeping daily, quite prompt. Cleanliness: The hotel is a bit old, but cleanliness is acceptable. Facilities: A kettle is provided, which is a plus. There's also a water dispenser on the 3rd floor.

This is my second stay here, and the front desk staff, a young man, gave me a quiet room away from the elevator and not at the very end of the hall, just as I requested. The bus to tourist attractions downstairs is very convenient, it's not far from the beach, and there are lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!

It's okay, decent value for money. Pros: Good location, directly opposite the International Market, which is convenient for shopping and dining. We could borrow three pieces of water equipment daily from Waikiki Beach Candy, and there was a good selection, but they had to be returned before 5 PM. Cons: Facilities are average, and parking is expensive, but you can also use the parking meters outside.
