Staff at House keeping, pool and restaurant are very friendly

I had seen a lot of negative reviews on various platforms before, but I didn't experience any of those issues myself. 1. I checked in earlier than the official time. The front desk staff was very friendly and explained that my room was still being cleaned, so I couldn't check in immediately. I left my luggage and went out shopping. While I was out, the hotel called to say my room was ready, which was earlier than the standard check-in time. 2. I discussed my room preferences with the front desk, and I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room. It felt much better than what I had booked.

Everything great but your book seems not to be appreciated. For example, I got a lot of pleasure and goodies when I book from Amex travel site.

The room was larger than expected, and the balcony view was beautiful. The bedding felt a bit unclean, but overall it was acceptable.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on Waikiki's main shopping street, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We had a bit of a wait during check-in, but it was worth it as we ended up with an ocean-view room on the top floor. The views were expansive and the ocean scenery was absolutely stunning! Even more surprisingly, when I woke up the next morning and opened the window, I saw a rainbow – very lucky indeed!

First off, the location is excellent for public transport, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, all within walking distance. As for service, the front desk was a bit mediocre, but the staff member who helped us with activities was fantastic, and customer service was also good. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, it's just a little pricey.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the nice designer stores and lovely food places. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well maintained, beds are comfortable. The infinity pool is absolutely amazing, we were lucky we could enjoy the tortoises from the infinity pool. Stayed 4 nights for thanksgiving, we would definitely go back to Sheraton Waikīkī Beach

Suggest everyone to pay more attention to the air conditioning in your room especially the machine noise, my aircon was extremely old accompanied by intolerable loud noise that literally woke me up at auto turn on ( energy saving mode). I then realized this is not the norm from my sister’s room was perfectly fine. Front desk sent technician and fixed the problem in one afternoon eventually they have to replace filter and machine drum , conveniently removed shower cap trapped inside. The repair process was smooth. I am totally fine with the lack of guest’s follow up or any notification that the problem is fixed but kudos to the engineer who fixed my aircon with confidence and assurance that make the rest of my holiday a fantastic one. The facility management team has done a great job!

The hotel's location is great, but the service is really poor, especially the wait for check-in and room assignment. They completely disregard guests' feelings.

Great hotel and location. Expensive - but they are all in Hawaii. Adult pool area lovely but limited shade unless you paid for brollys.

The Sheraton Waikiki delivered everything. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pools provided fun and relaxing space for everyone with great views to Waikiki beach.

Our top pick in Hawaii! Great value for money. My wife and daughter had a wonderful time; my daughter especially enjoyed herself. The location is very convenient with excellent public transport links, and it's right by the beach. Highly recommended!
