I stayed three nights in a partial ocean view room and four nights in an ocean view room. If the price difference isn't significant, definitely opt for the ocean view room – the experience is so much better (the partial ocean view room barely has any ocean view to speak of). The room itself was decent, and the cleanliness was okay, but the towels had a strange smell. The hotel's location is super convenient. The second floor connects directly to the Ala Moana shopping center, and there's a Don Quijote next door, making it very easy to shop and eat. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Waikiki, or a 30-minute walk. Personally, I prefer the nearby Ala Moana Beach, it's very chill. Car rental parking is also convenient. Parking is charged from 1 PM, costing $41 for 24 hours. [Pictures 1 & 2 show the view from Ocean View Room 1915; Picture 3 shows the view from Partial Ocean View Room 1104]

Close to Ala Moana Center, so the food court is convenient for meals. My only minor complaint is that there was a blanket instead of a duvet. It's an ANA designated hotel. Of course, a 2K hotel here can't be compared to one of the same price in China. I left tips daily for room service and the breakfast buffet without overthinking it; $10 isn't a big deal.

The location is fantastic, and having parking downstairs as well as a water refill station makes it incredibly convenient. It's also easy to go shopping since Ala Moana Center and Don Quijote are within reach.

I had pre-paid for a partial ocean view room, but when I checked in, I found it was directly facing an office building. I asked to change rooms, but the service wasn't great.

This hotel is incredibly convenient as it's directly connected to Ala Moana Center! The room was beautifully renovated and very clean. This was my second stay, and I definitely plan to come back again. The staff were also very accommodating and I highly recommend it.

This was my first time staying here. I chose this hotel because of the many positive reviews, but I want to share my realistic experience. Even though I arrived at check-in time, the room wasn't ready, causing a significant delay. I wasn't given an estimated waiting time, just told to wait there, so I ended up waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes. Despite the Waikiki Tower having six elevators, there were frequently long queues for them. I even had to use the staff elevator on the hotel's back side at one point. Room satisfaction was also low. Amenities (like tissues and toilet paper) weren't properly restocked, and there weren't enough amenities for the number of guests registered. Plus, a lamp in the room was broken. Although it's been renovated, the plumbing areas were dirty. The attitude of the hotel's doormen, bellmen, and bell desk staff wasn't great either. They weren't very friendly or welcoming. While the location is convenient, it's a noisy area with police and ambulances running sirens all night, making it loud even in the middle of the night.

Extremely small room, small bed only 150 cm wide, poor view, not really any service. The staff working by the worn-out pool were just standing around playing cards. Pool towels are free to borrow, but you're charged $25 if they're not returned by 7 PM. Strange concept… won't be coming back…

1. For some reason the safe did not work. When I tried to open it different numbers were activated so I had to call someone to open it. 2. The breakfast buffet had a long line (waited over 20 minutes) but there were many vacant tables available, roughly 40%. 3. I asked for a late check out (1pm) and also offered to pay extra for it but was denied. 4. There were some leftover food items in one of the cabinets in my room from a previous guest / positive stuff .. 1. Let me store my luggage 2. It’s near a shop mall 3. The nearby bus station goes everywhere 4. Ice machine on floor

The location is fantastic, close to Ala Moana Center and Magic Island, making it super convenient for getting around. The views from the room were also great, and we enjoyed lovely mornings and evenings out on the balcony. I'd definitely like to stay here again.
