Pacific Marina Inn

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The shuttle bus didn't come for two hours after I called. My baby and I arrived at the airport at 9pm. I contacted the hotel and waited. The baby wanted milk while waiting. I had to boil water and make milk for the hotel. I told that via trip and waited at the airport, but the bus never came and the baby was crying. Finally, the airport was empty. We had to leave the airport. I have a baby, so it was really scary to wait in such a bad security situation. I and my baby were in danger. Two hours later the shuttle bus arrived. The hotel staff didn't even apologize and didn't think it was bad. Also, the next day I had to leave the hotel at 8:30 in the morning. I asked for a wake up call at 7 in the morning. But there was no wake up call at 7am. When I asked the staff why they didn't wake me up, they didn't even apologize and answered that they didn't know what was going on. The staff were probably native Hawaiians and very sloppy. Therefore, I have a bad image of Hawaii and the local people of Hawaii, and I do not want to use this hotel again. I am writing a review for those who will stay in Hawaii next time. In order not to feel the same bad feeling If you want to enjoy a wonderful trip in Hawaii, I think you should not stay this hotel. I'll say it one last time. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST HOTEL

Location is good, service and cleanness good, front desk service good. Convenient one stop for our business.

The hotel is located near the airport which is excellent for transient passengers. However, if you plan to stay for visit you may want to consider staying near the tourist spot. We need to take an UBER to another hotel as this hotel is not jn the route of the tour bus where taking going to Pearl Harbor. The staff are friendly and accommodating especially Emil who’s one of the Filipino in the front desk. However, I cannot say the same to the other Filipino staff who’s name I will not say. He needs to polish on his hospitality skills and the way he speaks to the guest of the hotel. You also need to tell front desk everyday that you need them to make up your room as they will not do so since the Covid hits. There’s a free internet available specific to our room but this becomes unavailable after a couple of days stay and we need to connect to the WiFi of other rooms. There’s a Chinese restaurant nearby who serves excellent Chinese food.

Great stuff and the place is really clean! Definitely want to stay here for the next time

Uhhhhh..... We stayed in this hotel because our flight got in late and we needed a place close to the airport to crash for one night. This hotel fits that purpose well. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any other situation other than the one I just described. They were pumping sewage right outside of our door the morning we woke up. Also, our room key didn't work the morning we were checking out. The only other positive of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of THE BEST little food place we came across on our whole trip: Joe's Grill Express. We cannot wait to come back so we can visit Joe's again.
