Finding the Jewel of Waikiki's entrance will be your toughest experience, as once the staff comes to the curb parking to greet you, the royalty service begins. The two of us stayed in the 8th floor Jade 3 bedroom Suite, which was overkill, but the wow factor set in quick and we settled in. Staff is really amazing, from the bellmen, to the lounge check-in, all are professional with a little humor. Our stay was over a three day period and we filled it with daily breakfast at their exceptional built in restaurant downstairs, staff was super, as was the food. Having the elevator come to just your floor is both private and makes for even more of the experience, once in, there are multiple zones, and electronic controls for all the areas. The lights, shades, privacy, and modes are preprogrammed for easy use and understanding. All the toilets are top of the line electronic, heated seats, motion detect for entry by opening up, auto flush, bidet all built in. Outside decking wraps the full front area of building overlooking Waikiki and comes complete with a master bedroom entrance with comfy chairs, down to the built in Jacuzzi with lighting and stairs, then another area of lounging with a large circular lounge love chair. Sunsets, beach, people activity on the street are both entertaining and exciting. The kitchen is awesome, probably not used much but we went for it the last day and cooked up a special meal. Maid service may include three of their staff and they come up another private elevator and are all equally professional and courteous. We had a absolutely wonderful time there and even spent time on the roof at the private infinity pool - jacuzzi - lounge area, which is all yours if asked. That was a super special last night overlooking Waikiki !
