Ewa Hotel Waikiki

The front checking staff was very professional. They held my bags for free until I can check in they had an ice machine downstairs and a vending machine but beyond the lobby this hotel has issues. There are no established quiet hours here I got upgraded to the quietest room they had which was 801 it was an ajoining room and I could hear the people next door under the double doors they never went to bed they were up all night and I could hear voices and Music bass all night and loud knocking on their door. There were people smoking cigarettes off the seventh story floor stair area coming straight into my lungs .The security guard which was nice to have at the front to sat behind the desk and didn't seem to roam the property. Him and the employee see more interested in their personal conversation then helping me when I went to the front desk for ice At 7:30 a.m. the garbage people came and dump the dumpster right at the bottom of my hotel room at the next door condo. The air conditioner was in terrible repair and did not cool the room down I ended up having to soak a sarong in water and put it on top of me to stay cool at night . I only booked one night to try it and unfortunately this hotel needs some work for the comfort of their guests. I wouldn't have stayed here for free I could not get any rest and I was glad to leave.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes from the beach and many restaurants. The room has great air conditioning and stays nice and cool. However there was some sand visible in the corner of the room. The hotel also provides beach towels. Good deal overall

Most travelers who come to Waikiki don’t know about the secret rooftop at Ewa Hotel. It’s very peaceful and a great place for relaxation or romance.

Bedding was worst.carpet smells really bad and no ice box. This is worst hotel I ever stayed. I don't recommend to anybody.

I don’t know why front desk gave us small bed. And the room smells a little bit weird. Some of the stuff are pretty kind and made me feel warm.

Very friendly. the room is OK, a little bit noisy. The location is good.
