The room was very clean. I also found Rich to be useful. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a toothbrush as I expected.

Charge an extra $20 fee you’re not aware of for beach chairs and towels even if you don’t need. Check in is horrible to find a place to park and then the charge you another $35fee for a good walk to off site parking. Was a hassle getting luggage in.

The Polynesian Residence of Waikiki is in a wonderful location right in the heart of all the action of Honolulu. The beach is a 10 minute walk and you are surrounded by shops and plenty of places to eat. The staff is excellent and treated us like family. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ok but the bathroom smelled so bad. Like there was a sewerage smell coming out of the drains. The hotel is on the main ***** of Waikiki and is so noisy with cars and trams honking all night. And the walls are so thin i could also hear the tv in the room next door i the middle of the night, and people talking in the corridor. I didnt get much sleep thats for sure! The pool was nice enough, but doesnt get much sun because of the tall buildings surrounding it.

Overall, it is value for money. If you are planning to drive around Oahu, keep in mind that the property offers parking for a fee.

The staff was very accommodating they provided us with beach chairs and towels free saving us money of having to rent a chair for the beach.

This property was very well located near the Outrigger and an easy walk to Restaurants and Beach. Room was clean and had a microwave and a mini fridge.

Would only stay again for the location. Dated room, old furniture, wall paper peeling off the wall, shower doors could do with new rubbers, there was only one chair on balcony and no table so difficult to sit out with drinks with two people, also paid for deluxe king room as did another couple we traveled with and our room was much smaller.
