5 minute walk to Waikiki beach. Great restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. Staff super helpful. Breakfast buffet is just ok.bettee off not booking breakfast and using local restaurants

It's not a new building. It felt like staying at my grandma's house. There was some black mold in the bathtub and the pillow smelled a bit (though my nose might just be too sensitive). It wasn't unhygienic, but don't expect a new, sparkling clean room. They lent me a kettle and pool towels, which was nice. The staff were very good. The location is excellent for swimming as the sea is very close. The best part is the cost-performance. For this price, with breakfast, partial ocean view, and in a good location, it's fantastic. The food was delicious every day! I especially liked the miso soup and the three kinds of fruit. Even on the day of the typhoon when the power went out, they still let us have the buffet and eat in our rooms!

Location is great, beach, park, food, shops all nearby and walkable distance. Water and ice at dispenser are free for guests. We requested for a kettle and got it immediately, great service.

Our first stop on this wonderful vacation had a hotel with a great view. Sitting on the balcony, eating watermelon and watching the sea was so relaxing! Overall, the room was clean and tidy, but it was quite old-fashioned. The housekeeping auntie was really nice and helpful. The resort is super close to ABC Store, the White McDonald's, and the zoo. There are tons of dining options nearby, and the beach is just across the road and very lively. Breakfast was simple, with a Japanese touch, and changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise and quite tasty. However, the housekeeping department and front desk service were just okay. It was hard to get through to them by phone, and the $50 resort fee didn't seem to cover much service, like disposable slippers.
