Waikiki Resort Hotel

Our first stop on this wonderful vacation had a hotel with a great view. Sitting on the balcony, eating watermelon and watching the sea was so relaxing! Overall, the room was clean and tidy, but it was quite old-fashioned. The housekeeping auntie was really nice and helpful. The resort is super close to ABC Store, the White McDonald's, and the zoo. There are tons of dining options nearby, and the beach is just across the road and very lively. Breakfast was simple, with a Japanese touch, and changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise and quite tasty. However, the housekeeping department and front desk service were just okay. It was hard to get through to them by phone, and the $50 resort fee didn't seem to cover much service, like disposable slippers.

This was my third stay, and I was once again very satisfied with the buffet breakfast. The hotel is close to the beach and convenient for shopping. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Honolulu.

Good value for money, definitely worth staying again. The staff were very kind. The building is old but that wasn't an issue. The bath is fine for one person, but a bit cramped and difficult if you're bathing with a child. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent location.

The location was absolutely superb! Waikiki Beach was just a 3-minute walk away, and various supermarkets and restaurants were all within a convenient 10-minute stroll. While the facilities were a bit dated, they were clean, and the staff service was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus that made my stay even more satisfying.

Although it's not directly on the beach, it was a convenient location, just a few minutes' walk to the beach with many shops nearby. I thought it was more affordable than other luxury hotels, making it a good option for families! I wondered if the building was a bit old, but it has a pool and a light breakfast. It might not be super flashy, but it felt just right.
