Clean room and free entry to sport facilities across the road was great!

5/5 stars. Highly recommend. Especially due to the service by Linda. V polite, kind & professional person. Upon requesting I was offered an upgrade at a discounted rate. I asked for a couple of bowls and cutlery- clean stuff was promptly delivered to the room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. We tested almost everything. The heated blanket, microwave, fridge.. and oh the shower, that was the best pressure from the shower head…hot water. Ample toiletries. Will highly recommend this place. It was close to a woolies, parking was safe & close to rooms. . Couldn’t fault this place. We even checked out 15-20 mins late, no issues. Highly recommended. I’m definitely staying here next time I’m in Horsham.

The family room is in a corridor, and the windows cannot be opened, causing a lack of air circulation. There is a smell when you open the door. The quilt is damp. I tried to turn on the electric blanket to dry it, but the electric blanket was also broken. This hotel is It is not recommended to stay for one night on the way back to Melbourne from Adelaide.

The hotel is very convenient on the main street of the city. It is very convenient and clean to go to the wimmera river, botanical garden and commercial street.

Overall very good. Comfortable bed, good facilities, close and walkable to plenty of eateries and other shops.

Quiet hotel. Beds were too thin - springs could be felt, seems to be a theme in country motels. Please put more comfortable beds in. The cafe should have opened a little earlier that weekend. Lots of tennis families staying had to go to the courts by 7:30, so had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Otherwise a decent motel if you’re passing through.

This was a great place to stay. Comfortable facilities and clean and a friendly staff. The key process is really great too. The code means you never lose the keys!

We stay at Comfort Inn Horsham on our way to and from Ballarat. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, excellent showers, linen etc. Bistro serves very good food.

terrible odor in room from over zealous use of cleaning fragrance. could not open windows. only option was to leave door open. Not a great environment for any one with a lung condition eg athsmatics .

Carolyn was amazing to deal with, we let her know that we were running late and would not make it for check in. Carolyn made sure we had keys to our room and kept us updated. The service was excellent, clean and tidy room and would definitely stay here again!

Great location - quiet & nice facilities - bathroom very old/small - but just a minor mention

The property was clean, everything was in place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and unpretentious. If you are visiting Horsham, this is a great place to stay.

Super friendly when we checked in, and quick to help us when we had an issue with the room. Clean, tidy and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again!!
