Really nice clean room. Great choice for breakfast Would stay here again

This is the best two nights out of our 2 weeks Portugal trip. The hotel is new, room is big, nice gym, breakfast is so so good. Highly recommended. Price is reasonable. Really enjoyed.

The town of Évora is not big, but most of the roads are gravel. It is very inconvenient to walk with luggage or travel in a wheelchair, so you can only drive. The hotel has a yard where you can park for free. The room is of medium size, warmly decorated and brightly lit, but the air conditioning outlet is facing the bedside and the design is unreasonable. The breakfast room is small, crowded, and the dining environment is average.

Newly opened store, very cost-effective. Maybe the service training needs to be strengthened. For example, the coffee machine needs to be filled with water in advance instead of empty. If there is something wrong with the machine, they sent someone to check it out. After the staff repaired it, they washed their hands directly with the faucet in our room. Another waitress who came in to deliver coffee capsules swiped her card directly instead of knocking on the door and waiting for no one to answer before swiping her card. She immediately apologized thinking the room was still empty. Everything else is perfect, the room is new and the price is very cost-effective. We will continue to stay here next time.

The room is very spacious, the bathroom, shower room and wash basin are set up separately, which is easy to use. The facilities are very new and the front desk service is friendly. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the windows is not very good, and cars often pass by outside, which will affect your sleep.
