Really good breakfast in Norway. Renovated lobby, convenient location.

Stayed two nights at the place. The room was decent size for one person, with double bed. The room was clean, it was neat and well organized with everything you need. The bathroom had heated floor and clean towels were included. The breakfast was quite nice with a good selection of food to choose from. The staff is very friendly. Overall a very pleasent experience. Would recommend it for anyone.

The room: Walls dirty and with cracks, ceiling with cracks, no soap in the shower, soap on the sink almost empty, no internal phone to contact the reception (if there is one, must be well hidden!), wc with some "suspicious" stains , very old carpet ... the reception service: we told TWICE about the soap: NOTHING WAS DONE ... my assessment?: if the hotel does not upgrade the customer service, CHOOSE another hotel, definitely ... almost forgot: hotel guests with cars have to pay the parking. First time I've experienced. A very positive word for the restaurant: wonderful meals and a very competent staff...to them, thanks for the experience...keep it up

Having to pay for parking wasn't ideal and it wasn't very clear where to park. Otherwise the hotel was nice enough with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was very near the ferry from Moss to Horten. We were tired and checked in quite easily. Make sure you have reservations as this hotel is used by those traveling on the ferry, it has a perfect location. There is safe parking behind the hotel for the cost of 60 NOK. Kind and helpful desk staff. They gave us directions to the military base and Martime Museum. We had a comfortable bed and quiet room. Our breakfast was at the place across the small street (Baltazars) due to renovation of the hotel's breakfast area. Very good selection with both hot and cold food. Nice staff there too. Overall this met our travel needs.

Had our wedding at this beautiful hotel. Seremoni, dinner and party. Including a rehersal dinner with wine-testing. Incredible service, extremely helpfull staff, fantastic food and drinks. Family and friends were just as impressed as us, with everything. Thank you to everyone at Thon Horten for making this perfect.

Arrived at hotel which looked nice then sent across the road to a part of the hotel that looked derelict. No info. Says fast Wi-Fi etc .. no info. No phone in the room to reception. Room small. Gutted. I booked here. I can only hope the breakfast is nice in the morning.

We went for a family dinner to the hotel on a recent visit to Horten. The waitress was fantastic and the food superb. I had the duck and it was cooked perfect. The other members of my family had steak. I would highly recommend this hotel for food and good quality service

Just one night on a business trip. Breakfast starts at 0730. In my opinion too late if you have meetings or a flight. Clean and cozy but furnitures are older.

we slept at this hotel when we was going to take the horten-moss fery. the breakfast vas very good and had alot to choose from. a very clean hotel with polite staff who would go the extra mile to get the guests satisfyed. all in all - a good hotel for the price!! 10/10

Service was horrible. Receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant

Very few guests, could have given us a bigger room. The room was very small, and no room to push the beds apart.
