A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a academia, pois a estacao de ginastica é bem ruim, mas de resto perfeito.

Reservamos um tipo de acomodação e fomos colocados em outra inferior; não obtivemos nenhum retorno da gerência do Hotel. O quarto não tinha cofre, não tinha secador de cabelo; tive que trabalhar com as roupas penduradas batendo no meu rosto: o cabideiro ficava acima da mesa de trabalho. Quanto a equipe nenhuma reclamação. O serviço do restaurante é bom.

Hotel superou nossas expectativas, fomos pra passar uma noite mas queríamos ficar mais.
Hotel novo, tudo muito limpo, arrumado e com aquele cheirinho de hotel.
Quarto muito confortável e amplo, camas, travesseiros e roupa de cama/banho de qualidade.
Café da manhã excelente e farto.
Restaurante com bom serviço e custo/beneficio, preços justos (diferente da maioria dos hotéis que cobram uma fortuna por qualquer refeição/lanche).
Atendimento excelente, todos funcionários foram muito cordiais e prestativos.
Em resumo: ótimo custo/benefício, hotel de interior com qualidade de hotéis de grandes redes de capitais.
