"The room was clean and comfortable, with a soft bed.
But I'd like to deduct points for the soundproofing. If the room next door was snoring, you could hear it every time. Otherwise, everything else was good. I highly recommend it."

GGuest UserTheir hotel had basic amenities, but almost every additional service was chargeable, starting with breakfast. Breakfast was served at the restaurant next door and required separate booking and payment. The breakfast itself was so-so, but the service was appalling. Not only were they indifferent, but their tone was visibly impatient. I paid extra for their service, so I understand their sense of superiority. It was arguably the most unpleasant restaurant I encountered during my entire trip to Thailand, and their prices weren't exactly cheap. Upon check-in, there were dead flies on the bed; I don't know how they cleaned it, but it was certainly unprofessional. The gaps in the bed rails on the second floor were too large, making me very uneasy.
They put us on the third floor, which was a real headache given we had a lot of luggage, especially since there was no elevator.

LLvxingjiushigongzuoFirst of all, a big thank you to the shop owner for hosting the girl from Chiang Mai. She spoke simple Chinese, was incredibly kind and patient, and arranged everything perfectly. The hotel itself is very elegant, with excellent hygiene and facilities. There's also a small balcony where you can enjoy the street view. What I loved most was the fantastic Thai breakfast – it felt like amazing value for money!

DDaisycpLovely little place. Right next to the night markets and loads of food and lovely markets that go on for miles! If you need the location, get dropped at the lemongrass Thai restaurant, the entrance is a little further down next door to the man who offers day tours etc. i have attached photos. You will see it clearly: depending which side you come in from you’ll also see temples and a carpark also. there is a building next to him thats says fairtex fight, that’s where you’ll need to go into and there’s a sign that says Hometel. On your left hand side there is stairs, go up it’s on the 2nd floor. I know loads of people have struggled finding it. But very nice place to stay and staff are lovely! Also very clean washing machines .

GGuest UserIt was a great experience! They have an escalator in the building, so no need to worry about your heavy luggage. The area was very quiet but located 10 minutes from the centre by a motorbike, I found it very convenient. I had a great stay, my apartment had everything I needed. Also it was an easy self check-in and check-out. All instructions were sent to my messenger in advance. Thank you for a great experience 💖🙌🏼

YYasmin DunanThis hotel is very affordable for my 3 nights stay in Chiang Mai. I like the location as there's a nearby 7 Eleven, walking distance to night market & Phae Gate. Easy to pin location on your e-hailing service apps. Another plus point, its only 15 mins away from the airport by car.
The hotel room is simple, and complete with basic amenities. Acceptable cleanliness and the toilet works all fine. There's a pantry at the lobby & chill area (net) at level 2, where you can take photos or just relax.
Overall, its worth the money 👌🏻

GGuest UserLocation is not very far from the lively areas of Chiang Mai, but remote enough to have a peaceful Onsen experience. The staff is friendly and trying to help whenever possible. I found some rules odd though Im sure it's Japanese tradition. You are not allowed to use own sandals or shoes at the total of the facility. While it tries to keep the hygiene as number one priority doing so, I have encountered that sometimes people mistakenly took other peoples assigned Onsen sandals (Wooden Sandals). Moreover, people are urged by staff not to wet the wooden sandals, yet this is very difficult to maintain given that both the changing cabin area becomes completely wet from people going in and out of the Onsen. Maybe this remark can help the future manager and staff to come up with some more optimal processes jn the future. The staff and manager are amazing people and are on a good path to make this place awesome. Last but not least, hostel guests are allowed to use the Onsen only during specific times as for the rest of day the take external guests by appointment. Make sure you know this before booking also. Thanks for your time and energy.

TTriptheuniverseThis hostel is good value for the amount you pay, however it's fairly basic. The bed mattress. was comfortable enough, and the sheet was a cotton type one, whereas many other places use a synthetic one, lending possibilities of an allergic reaction, such as itchiness. Rooms are provided with air conditioning. The bathroom was the worst aspect for this place. There was a plumbing issue and it really needed to be deep cleaned. Its location, on one hand, it is near me airport, which was convenient for me, arriving late at night. However to visit the sights in the city or to go to the bus Terminal, there's quite a distance to cover, either on foot or the expense of taking a tuk tuk.

NNOOMKUBThis is a classic old hotel, about 8 km from the airport. The elevator is there but out of service, so you have to take the stairs. Checking in was a bit confusing at first – where's the front desk staff? It turns out you check in via an automated kiosk. If you look confused, a staff member will come to help you. The air conditioning works great. The wooden wardrobe is broken and very vintage. The old parquet flooring has a great vibe. The bathroom is decorated in the style of an old school toilet from 1987 – luckily, there's still hot water and a comfortable toilet. The bed is very soft, accompanied by the sound of planes taking off periodically. After midnight, it's quiet until 8 AM. The hotel is on the main road, with pubs, massage parlors, and restaurants nearby. It's perfect for backpackers or ghost hunters, focusing on a casual solo stay or with friends for content creation. For just over 600 baht, just sleep it off, morning will come eventually. So many stories! This is the first hotel I've booked that left me utterly baffled, and I really wanted to write a review about it! 😂😂😂 Go check it out!
