Iic creamI think it would be fine if only the soundproofing issue was resolved. There are many local restaurants, the prices are reasonable, and it seems like a good place to hang out with locals. But, the upper floors seem to be really cheap.

GGuest UserReally enjoy my stay, all the staff put in a lot of effort to make me feel comfortable. They also serve draft beer which was perfect for a super hot day in Saigon. The bed was big and comfy i had the best sleep of my entire trip.

MM59169****First off, this hostel has an excellent location and a 24-hour front desk, which I highly recommend for anyone arriving on a red-eye flight. However, there was a slight hiccup during check-in. Amango Home was fully booked, so I was moved to Amango Dorm. Both locations are about 200 meters apart and very convenient. Upon check-in, a 100k deposit is required. You'll receive a towel set and a disposable toothbrush (first time seeing a hostel provide this!), along with a room card and key. The deposit is refunded upon check-out. I tend to get cold easily, so I found the temperature perfect. It wasn't stuffy and unbearable as some reviews mentioned; I even needed a light blanket. The bed width is sufficient and quite comfortable. They even provide two pillows, which is great. The curtains block out light very well, though they can be a bit noisy when moved. Overall, I think the price is very reasonable, and I highly recommend booking an extra day to rest up if you have a lot of red-eye flights. Just a heads-up: female dorms are on the 5th and 6th floors, and there's no elevator. Also, the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom feel a bit basic, so if that's a deal-breaker, you might want to consider other options.

AAnonymous UserI can recommend it. I arrived at the hotel around 23:00. It took a little time to confirm the reservation, but I was able to check in safely. I booked a double room (with windows), but on that day I had only a twin room (without windows), so I decided to stay in a room different from my reservation. However, the staff was kind to suggest that 2 two beds could be matched, and 2 After a day, the double room was vacant, so they confirmed whether they would move. The room was kept very clean and comfortable. The water area is clean and it takes time to get hot water, but hot water comes out firmly. You can hear quite a bit of the arrival and voice of the elevator, so if you are sensitive to sound, you may want to use earplugs.

FFrancis DONBasically, the hostel is a good choice in Saigon, and I stayed there 2 days. The location is good, which is near Saigon River and close to the BAR STREET(15 mins’ walk) and the living cost is acceptable. However, there are still some shortcomings from my perspective. The shower room is kinda limited, only one for male and female individually, which are not very clean and not close to the bedroom. The voice quality from each cell is bad, as I think it’s made of plastic. By the way, the landlord is great and patient.

EEmily22Located along a road with heavy traffic. There are shops selling dried goods such as dried mushrooms and such. Walk a little further for street food. Hotel is clean and spacious. However the front porch have steps so not suitable for anything on wheels like prams or wheelchairs. Hotel lobby provides chairs and table for waiting while checking in and out. Hotel has a lift and on every floor there are 4 rooms. Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, towel, slippers, shampoo, shower gel are provided. Mineral water in bottles also provided. Flask to boil hot water also provided. Air con working fine. There’s tv channels also. Housekeeping service have to remind them a few times and service will take some time to be fulfilled. Think need a few hours. Overall quite a comfortable stay. Nice bathroom too.

NNatluckA hostel is an affordable and social accommodation option, ideal for budget travelers. Typically offering dormitory-style rooms with shared facilities, hostels foster a community atmosphere, making them great for meeting fellow travelers. Many hostels also provide private rooms for those seeking more privacy. Amenities often include shared kitchens, communal lounges, and organized events or tours. While the experience can be basic, hostels emphasize social interaction and convenience, often located in central areas. The atmosphere can range from lively to laid-back, depending on the location. Overall, hostels are perfect for young travelers or those seeking affordable, communal stays.

GGuest UserGreat location. The room was exactly as pictured. However, I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness. The lights in the shared restrooms (toilets and showers) flickered constantly, and it wasn't as clean as their other branch on Thai Van Lung street.

GGuest UserNot my favourite part of town with lots of tourists but the accommodation was cheap, clean and comfortable... Easy to get a bus to Phnom Penh early in the morning and a good selection of local eating places nearby. I also liked the close proximity to a part and do some running around here as well as watch the locals go about their recreation...
