"Extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view outside the window. Amenities were plentiful and spotless. All the staff provided excellent service, and there was even a shuttle service to Hongqiao. Right downstairs is the lower reaches of the Tuojiang River, nestled between two bridges, making for a very peaceful setting. I actually found the room to be even nicer in person than in the online photos – they should really get some new pictures taken! The modern Chinese style with a tea set was fantastic. It's a really great guesthouse, and if I ever come back to Fenghuang, I'd definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect location, amazing view to the Fengqiao Bridge. The host was also nice to pick us and take us to the hotel, otherwise it would have been hard to find. Having the bath tub next to the window/view was also a good experience. The view is beautiful both during day and night time."

"First of all, Fenghuang Ancient Town is truly beautiful. It's vibrant and lively at night, and tranquil during the day, with stunning scenery that's perfect for taking photos. Secondly, the guesthouse was amazing! Our family of three was upgraded to a suite for free, and they even offered a free pick-up service from the station. The antique-style decor was a hit with my child, and the location was excellent—very close to all the attractions. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking night views. The owner was incredibly nice, greeting us with a smile from the moment we arrived and even helping us carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. The prices in the ancient town were very reasonable, and the people were very friendly. Even buying some kebabs made the owner say, ”Have a great time!” 😊 I really loved it here. If it weren't for the limited time, I would have loved to stay a few more days. Fenghuang Ancient Town is definitely worth visiting again and again! 🤭"

"Facilities: Well-equipped with great views. Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and tidy. Service: Received recommendations for dining and activities, and even got a free room upgrade – excellent! The shower water temperature was good, but the room was a bit chilly. It's very convenient to get to all the scenic spots from the hotel. If you're visiting, take the scenic shuttle bus to Nanhuai, it's very close. Miao costume experience: A wide variety of clothes are available. There are no headpieces or makeup provided, but if you need them, you can rent them for just 20 yuan, which is a great deal."

"Taking my child to Fenghuang Ancient City was made even more amazing by this smart hotel – I was pleasantly surprised! 🧚 It was our first time visiting Fenghuang with the little one, and we stumbled upon a real gem of a hotel! It's just a few minutes' drive from the ancient city, making the location super convenient. The smart home features, oversized bathroom, and laundry/drying facilities were incredibly thoughtful! 💫 Our Stay Experience: 1️⃣ The whole room is smart-controlled. My child went wild playing with the voice-activated switches as soon as we walked in. 2️⃣ The separate laundry room was so practical! A washer + dryer, plus laundry detergent was provided (though for thick winter clothes, the drying time was a bit long). 3️⃣ The bathroom was incredibly spacious, and they thoughtfully provided disposable towels and a warm, fluffy children's bathrobe. 4️⃣ A big thank you to the front desk lady for the complimentary room upgrade – amazing value for money! 🌉 Fenghuang Ancient City Travel Tips: ▫️ Entrance is free!
