Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3

I was there earlier than the advertised check in but the lovely gentleman on the front desk was kind enough to allow me to get my room key right then. After travelling for almost 48 hours I welcomed a hot shower and some cool sheets. Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to leave after said shower and never got to sample the bed. But from three previous stays in this particular hotel I knew I would have an excellent nights sleep

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow. The location is very convenient, especially if you have an early flight or just arrived at the airport, it’s easy to access and well-connected to transport.

This hotel location is perfect. Our flight is in the morning so we just walking cross over a link bridge and walk to Heathrow airport T2 to level 5 departure Hall. I have booked family room with airport view. It’s a great experience for my kids

An incredible way to start a holiday. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was perfect. The location incredible, so close to Terminal 2 and 3. I would not hesitate to book again.

The service was excellent. The front desk gave us details of full assistance to our flight the following day for my disabled parents. staff were extremely helpful.

Very kind staff has noticed that I was tired and offered free bottled water at the check in. The queue to check in was larger than I would expect. Tried to use their app and home page to try to access digital room key, but was still unsuccessful.

Location is good as there’s connecting bridge to the hotel. Just not to mention with the services or amenities, as nothing at all. And the room is so-so, not as expected as Hilton’s standard

Spacious room with comfortable bedding. Convenient for early flights. It’s right across Terminal 2.
