The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities. The location is super convenient, right in front of the station. However, as a woman, I felt it was a bit unsafe to walk outside at night. On the bright side, the staff were always present in the lobby and very friendly.

It was very great stay, great customer service and welcoming, I loved it especially the location and I definitely would come again, the parking fees were a little extra to me but besides that I loved everything.

The area surrounding the hotel was a little scary. My biggest complaint if any was the horrible mattress.

The rooms are very small but designed well. The rooms are clean and if you get a higher floor it has a nice city view lower floors do not. Most of the front desk staff are friendly and helpful some are not and bring down the level of overall performance. I would charge a lot less for lower floors due to noise and lack of a pleasant view.
