It was a comfortable stay. Staff were nice and friendly when checking in. Basic style but I overall enjoyed my experience and would consider staying here again.

Check-in was delayed until 4:45, which was far from ideal and pretty disappointing after a five-hour trip.

The room wasn’t available for almost 40 minutes. Hotel room itself was clean and hotel bar was good. Breakfast was ok but not the best. It’s a perfect spot being right next to the Toyota Center where the concert we went to was held.

Everything was great, but one thing that stood out the most was the staff at the front desk and the bar. A1! They were amazing!

The WiFi didn’t work and I needed it to get my work done. The trash cans in the breakfast area were overflowing and even when a lady that seemed to be management kept going in circles seeing this mess she did nothing to correct the situation.

The location was excellent, very close to the Toyota Center and food options. The staff was pleasant and friendly. It was an all around great experience.
