Room is pretty big and I appreciate that there was a fully equiped kitchen. The sofa sleeper did not come with sheets or pillows in the room- we had to ask reception to send some up. There was also no daily room service - maybe this had to be asked for as well but we didn't end up asking. Overall, decent stay - there could be small changes to make the experience better. Location wise, there's not too much in the area - barely any restaurants or cafes.

I don’t know why this hotel has so many bad reviews. I just stayed here with my toddler and it was perfect for us. It was very clean. The rooms were a great size and the location was perfect. The room was decorated so cute. We loved it. The only negative thing I will say was that the elevator was very slow and only one of them weren’t. But other than that, I would definitely stay at Rusk house again

This place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, cozy feel that made it feel more like a bnb-style home than a typical hotel room. The space was thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the amenities (dishes, kitchen supplies etc) made it feel truly livable for a couple, even for a long visit. It’s clear the property management put care into every detail. The accommodations were convenient, welcoming, and made the entire experience stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again!
