Best Western Plus Pearland/Houston Medical Center Hotel

As a Google local guide I will try to keep this brief. When I checked in last week they told me I was their FIRST CUSTOMER! I WAS SO EXCITED, THEY SEEMED TO BE SO INVITING, I EVEN TOOK PHOTOS WITH THE WIVES! THEY WERE NICE! THE SHORT OLDER MAN IM ASSUMING IS THE OWNER, IS THE ONE I HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH, AND THE OVERWEIGHT RUDE GIRL, MAY BE HIS DAUGHTER. THAT WOULD MAKE SENSE WHY THEY BOTH ARE SO MEAN AND PENNYPINCHING, NICKEL AND DIMING ME THE WHOLE TIME.THAT'S NOT HOSPITATLITY. I think these 5 star reviews are fake written by the owners family. Alot of these BEST WESTERN franchises are named Patel, it's kind of like a cartel. A BEST WESTERN HOUSEKEEPER IN MANVALE TOLD ME THAT "They get government federal funding to build these hotels" and this one is in my neighborhood so I really wanted things to work out since my house is only 2 miles away. 🙃 They are very discriminating and don't follow ADA regulations as far as handicapped tubs and rooms. They don't have them u0 to code and the City of Houston needs to investigate and inspect. The breakfast was horrible, powdered cold eggs and hard nasty sausage. There are no healthy options and I only had yogurt and the overweight dark ****** girl started harassing me over 3 cups. They nickle and dime you to death and they are very hostile, this is the hospitality industry there are laws! Something shady is definitely going on here. They don't have a business center and they are NOT IN THE MEDICAL CENTER THEY ARE IN THE HOOD NEAR SUNNYSIDE. ITS VERY GHETTO you can see homeless people panhandling at the Shipley, gas station and McDonalds parking lots from my room windows. They refused to print things for me last week, I havent been abke to print since. I'm self employed and couldn't complete my work while here and every other BW WAS MORE THAN HAPPY TO ACCOMODATE. I HAD TO BEG FOR A TUB, THE NEW ROOM WITH EMPTY KITCHENETTE WAS FILTHY and I had to clean it. It took over 6 days for housekeeping to do a thorough cleaning job I had to beg them to clean toilets and shower repeatedly. I have photos and videos of the leaking stove top, I had to go home to get a pan and cooking utensils, as breakfast was out of the question I cooked my own all week with all my own supplies. Owner or his family busted into my room when I was NAKED just trying to give housekeeping wet towels and beg for more. I'm not paying to be harassed, followed at breakfast owner was breathing down my neck and the fat girl was busy eating bagels and toasting her food so she wants it all for herself. Don't interrupt her grazing around the breakfast area from 7am to 8am! I stopped going down for my yogurt and coffee because she tried to argue with me and refused to give me her name! She told me she "didnt have time" but could barely speak English, the stank attitude was o erwhelming and unnecessary she must be racist even though she's darker than me! Do these people have to go to classes to learn how to run a hotel before they are certified to open in our neighborhoods? Why treat the native US citizen like garbage, when we took you in when you ran from your country illegally? Now you want to terrorize paying customers and as a Diamond I've never been so disrespected and dissatisfied with worst western. I had to call ******* and corporate and the corporate hasn't even offered a resolution and its a week later! I called on the 27th, it's now August 3rd and due to noisy ghetto people they put in rooms next to me, I haven't been able to sleep properly. Racial profiling is against the law, so is discrimination and not allowing me access to the amenities everyone else has is wrong. I am disabled in pain, have hives all over my body from stress, and now have a cold since the stress broke my immunity down. I'm checking out in worse condition than when I checked in! That is unacceptable. The A/C never worked all week, stays at 70 to 71 degrees, I have photos and video. It won't get colder n
