The office where you check in/out was nothing more than a walk up window. The horrible musty smell assaulted us as soon as we opened the door to our room. That smell permeated all our clothes and bags. It took a week to air out our bags!! Our room was on the 2nd floor. The facility has no elevator; therefore, we had to make multiple trips up/down stairs in order to get our belongings from car to room. Pack light if you intend staying here! The bathroom had only 2 bath towels which were haphazardly folded giving the impression they had been used. Since there was no phone in room to contact front office, I had to go down stairs to office to request wash cloths. The maid eventually made it to our room with the wash cloths. She acted put out that she had to make the extra trip! The coffee pot in kitchen was unusable--most of components were missing. They provided one styrofoam cup. The second morning we found a bug in the bed. My husband had bites on his chest. The bug was too big to be a bed bug--I checked for those as soon as we entered the room initially. The sheets were dingy, stained and had a couple holes in them. Needless to say, we will never stay there again!!!

This hotel is a disgrace. Smelled like rotten food. Bugs on the floor (roaches?) and in the bed (bedbugs for sure). The whole room was dirty. Plus no trash can and only one towel. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! A ZERO star rating option was not available or that is what I would have rated this hotel. I booked this hotel for a quick over-night stay for my husband because he was visiting our son the the ICU in Houston and we live out of town. We had a nicer hotel booked for the next day (when I was arriving); however, my husband left a day earlier and needed something close by for a little shut eye. He checked in to go shower & freshen up, as he planned to go back to the hospital and return to the hotel later to sleep. He showered quickly and left the hotel, as he said that the hotel had a roach infestation. Needless to say, I paid for a shower, not a place for anyone to sleep.

Slum lord hotel. Arrived to check in ..at about 12pm no one in office. called office phone number about 4 times and another couple came up to check in rung bell and also call office and no one would answer. Final someone arrived and opened window to check in. After check in gave me a room in back t.v. not working , roaches crawling on entrance door fan in bathroom running to air the smell out. filthy bathtube. Went to front adked for better room. Gave me better room but still nasty. kitchen sink drain smell bad because stopped up.. roaches running around rim of toilet with used tissue on toilet tank. Slum lords. Pictures not accurate on web.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I didn't see any roaches and the room was fairly clean although it is a run down building but you get what you pay for. The cigarette smell was pretty overwhelming.

I would never rent from here again. Place is disgusting for what’s supposed to be a like a 3-4 star motel. I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned then was given another room (current room) and door handle is broken to open door. Was stuck in room and couldn’t open the door. Roaches are everywhere and bed is on a steel frame that’s nearly broken. I sat down and the bed collapsed. Never again!
