There photos have been photo shopped, so I ended up getting there after the rodeo the room was hot the a/c was only blowing air and the tv was on top of a drawer with no tv stands also missing power cord and remote and there was no trash can not even in the restroom, ended up not taking a shower bc once I turned it on the water was dirty, I got scammed out of my mone and would not recommend for anybody to stay there

The office where you check in/out was nothing more than a walk up window. The horrible musty smell assaulted us as soon as we opened the door to our room. That smell permeated all our clothes and bags. It took a week to air out our bags!! Our room was on the 2nd floor. The facility has no elevator; therefore, we had to make multiple trips up/down stairs in order to get our belongings from car to room. Pack light if you intend staying here! The bathroom had only 2 bath towels which were haphazardly folded giving the impression they had been used. Since there was no phone in room to contact front office, I had to go down stairs to office to request wash cloths. The maid eventually made it to our room with the wash cloths. She acted put out that she had to make the extra trip! The coffee pot in kitchen was unusable--most of components were missing. They provided one styrofoam cup. The second morning we found a bug in the bed. My husband had bites on his chest. The bug was too big to be a bed bug--I checked for those as soon as we entered the room initially. The sheets were dingy, stained and had a couple holes in them. Needless to say, we will never stay there again!!!

I specifically requested a downstairs room because I’m a disabled veteran and they told me no problem. However, when I checked in they told me that there were no downstairs rooms available (no elevator either). I struggled up the uneven stairs with my overnight bags and opened the room… it smelled musty and was hot because the AC was off. I dropped my bag turned the AC on and went back to the hospital where my son was in surgery. Got back around 11 pm and the room was still stifling! I called the office and told them, they brought me a key to another room and I moved. Turned the AC on in the second room and after waiting for an hour the room was tolerable but no telling if it was the AC or the fact that it was after dark and I had the door open the whole time. The new room even had crusty something smeared on the floor (I didn’t even want to guess what it was). The fridge was hot and had to put my food and drinks in the freezer to keep them from spoiling…

The room was dirty and had roaches, the front desk lady would not let me speak to a manager about a room change or refund me for the remaining nights, I ended leaving and booking a new stay in another place

No TV, sink was falling off of the wall. There were dust bunnies THICK on the ceiling above the bed where the AC blew air. The walls had cracks in them and the flooring was a laminate that had come apart and was peeling from the edges. The tub was stained a deep yellow and was chipping paint. DISGUSTED and checked out immediately after checking in.

No the ac didn't blow good the kitchen didn't have nothing in it No coffee pot it had mold the paint was piling off the wall the floor was water warped tv had no service it was bad I am 55 and it's the worst inn I've been in

The room wasn’t ready. Cockroaches and dirty and no towels when finally got the room late at night. No compensations or apologies given

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen, we checked into the hotel and the guy in the office was RUDE and very unhelpful!! The room was awful, no TV in the room, AC didn’t work and the place was filthy!! My mom and I went to dinner and as soon as we got back to the room I was done, we packed up and found a better place to stay. I'm gonna contact ********** to try and get my money back!! This hotel needs to be removed from the website!!

Dirty room, cigarette smell, cigarette burns in furniture, dirty sock left on floor, holes in wall and ceiling and BLACK MOLD ON THE CEILING in one of the rooms they tried to put me in at first.
