Hotel is clean and spacious with 24 hours drinking water and lemonade and coffee.Surrounding is beautiful with a lot of greens and trees.There is a pool out of corner that is an oval pool with recycled water falls and water is clean and 6-7 reclining -chair put on a L sharp that make you feel you are on a worry-free vacation.it’s very suitable for connection,family vacation,and business meetings.Receptionist is ok medium service but cannot say excellent.

Well maintained place close to the airport. Shuttle picks and drops you directly at the terminal or rental car station. Will definitely come again the next time staying close to the airport in Houston.

Not friendly

Free breakfast coffee, water is good. bad thing is only one Dixie kitchen restaurant nearby. Fee airport shuttle pick from/to airport. but need to call shuttle car when arrive to. airport. it need to wait 1/2hour, n spent 15 minutes ride.

It was a bit of disappointed that there was no restaurant opened in the hotel, we have to walk about 5mins to nearby hotel for dinner.

Very average. The only advantage is the airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The room was small, the window couldn't be opened, the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, and there was a musty smell. It was okay, but not cheap. Breakfast was mediocre, and they still haven't refunded my $20 deposit. I'm fed up. The hotel is too close to the airport; it's noisy whenever planes fly by, making it impossible to rest properly.

The hotel is very good except that slippers are not provided! Especially the shuttle bus to and from the airport.

It was close to the airport, the shuttle was friendly, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was included. However, the hair dryer in the room was broken, and although I requested a replacement, it took a long time for them to bring it, which was disappointing.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The elevator feels like something out of a movie, and there's even an ice machine in the stairwell.
