Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston - Westchase

I observe location is key, when it comes to hotel, no matter the brand or hotel name, the location determines the luxurious settings

Our stay was nice. My only complaint is the tv remote needs new batteries, the wall plug didn’t work for my Bipap machine, and the chairs, sofa need to clean or replaced. Also shower was a continually dripping

First of all we were staying here because i was having surgery. Check in was easy! The frony desk ladies were very welcoming. They answered all our questions and were very helpful! The room was very clean and was exactly what we needed for my recovery. I would say a few other things in the kitchen would have been helpful. Measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful. We purchased Roku.remotes tobuse on both tvs. Extra blankets would have been helpful, but I know if we asked they would have brought one up. We arrived on a Wednesday, so the dinner they had was very welcoming

I enjoy the stay in a great area and staff was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was overall great for the price of my stay a night. Just one thing gym only had one bike due to the repairs and remodeling the reason i stay for a good gym.

Rooms are outdated, wall paper is falling, kitchen utensils are not complete, 2 spoons 3 forks 2 plates 4 glasses etc. Extremely smelly hallways. Needs a lot of work

The hotel is currently being renovated. However, everything went well and the a/c was the best we have had in a hotel in a LONG time.This is important to us, especially when staying in Houston.

Sink faucet leaking towels were not put in room no do not disturb sign out had to get after second time at front desk that I asked for more 2 nd day gym was under construction at the time.

Everything outstanding except for bath tub. It dipped down in the middle. Very hard to stand in it.

The pull-out sofa bed feel so worn out that it was totally uncomfortable to lie on it.
