Red Roof PLUS+ Houston - Energy Corridor

I am requesting a full refund for the hotel stay that was deplorable unsafe handicap inaccessible bug and roach infested as well as human defecation in stairwell. There was loitering and unsafe people constantly around the premises.

Things like broken elevator or shower not working as i hope i can turn a blind eye on. However, i called ahead to the property asking if they have blow dryer or not so i could prepare myself since that is a must for me. Front desk said no we dont have hair dryer in the room. Ok i bring ny own and surpise, there IS a blow dryer in the room. So i could have not packed one thing. Policy said need a deposit of $50 cash or card. I decided to get cash since we could get it back right away without waiting for no refund. Came to check in front desk said deposit card only. Oh, i could have brought out the online thing to argue but decided not to since i just cant no more. Room that I stayed 220 had a noticeable non-stop noise as if someone is snoring from the next room but it was not. Beds seem better, less squeaky than other hotels of the same price range but i sure would never choose this one again

Booked the "Superior room " that should of had premium bedding , when checking in was told by front staff that this hotel doesn't offer a different bedding or mattress like the other red roofs, all the same old bed

Roach motel First of all, had a deposit I was unaware. The elevator was broken, and I was on the second floor with someone on a cane. Moved a chair roaches came out , roaches were in the bathroom and in drawers. This place need to de fumigated. I was told I would get my deposit once I checked out. Have not received that yet. I checked out at 8am it is now 3pm. Took my friend in a birthday weekend, she had never stayed in a hotel .worst hotel ever I wil not stay here again or send anyone.
