Great location especially since we spent time at museums. Room was dirty. Cleaning supplies left in room when we first entered. Went to bathroom and clump of hair left on toilet seat. This property is nice but a bit over rated I believe.

Having stayed here before, my husband and I booked a Queen room for 3 nights and prepaid in full. When we arrived we were given a room with one twin bed pushed against the wall in a room the size of a service closet. We went back to the front desk and were told "******* reservations are never guaranteed" and that there were no other rooms available. We had to find another hotel at midnight after a hellish day of travel. The man at the desk offered no help and no apologies. And now, the cherry on top, the hotel has been holding hundreds of dollars for incidentals on my credit card since November 7th despite the fact that we didn't stay there. Hotel Zaza used to be great but this experience has been anything but great.

Staff was great. Overall the carpet in the rooms and hallways were quite dirty, dingy and stained throughout all public space and in room. Really needs to be upgraded. Also, a bit disappointed in quality of housekeeping. Dust on fixtures, desk counters, the in room bar service. Not too inviting to want to splurge for an in room wine glass with dust all over it. Bathroom sink doesn’t drain well at all which we have encountered in the past. We love this location and the hotel vibe. We have stayed at Zaza plenty of times but this time the wear and tear on the hotel was really apparent.

Room was great and housekeeping staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was friendly, but a little off their game compared to past visits (not quite as attentive, problems getting drinks made right). The butler pantry was not as well stocked as in the past and no charcuterie board when we arrived. Still a good visit, but not quite as special as in the past.

The staff was outstanding, especially Daisy, the front desk manager and Alexandria. I had a mishap, that was soon forgotten, because of the 1st class customer service I received from these two ladies. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and extremely clean. When the mishap, happened, I was immediately upgraded to a junior suite (which I loved), Daisy kept checking on me to make sure that the rest of my stay was superb, Alexandria as well. It was a beautiful birthday weekend from start to finish!!!! Book your stay you will not be disappointed!!!

Where do I begin, firstly let me say the rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. Amenities were all that you can ask for, being in a hotel. Now let me brag on Daisy and Alexandria, those ladies go above and beyond with customer service/satisfaction. I encountered a mishap (which I soon forgot about), that do not even needs mentioning because Daisy the front desk manager and Alexandria made up for that inconvenience. Called and checked on me throughout my stay, to make sure all my needs were met. I was upgraded to a junior suite (which I love), my dinner/drinks were complimentary due to the mishap. I must admit I was treated like royalty. A happy ending to a perfect birthday weekend.. Ms. Daisy and Alexandria need a pay raise and a vacation because those two ladies works hard to make sure my stay was all that and more🎉❤️❤️❤️
