Best Western Premier Ashton Suites-Willowbrook

I liked that the room was big and it was fairly quiet. The breakfast, staff, and pool were nice. Wasn't too crazy about the night clerk or the older guy at checkout. Doesn't live that my request to be put away from the elevator wasn't honored, which put me beneath an unfavorable guest that kept running around way into the night. I didn't live the baby they have an ant problem, they were on the bed close to the door and on the sofabed. The day before we left the key stopped working (why I try to avoid certain properties) and the front door was locked (older guy was there). We're ran out of tissue that night and was given napkins, the night clerk finally had the right idea to go into another room and get more. Also after I left they tried to take another $100 out of my account which they gave no explanation for after I called. All in all I wouldn't stay again.

the hotel has a comfortable beds and nice 50 inch tvs in each room . couches and a desk and bar area with fridge . nice hot water in shower . streaming is available in each room and free coffee. staff is nice too .

I enjoyed my stay

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and the experience is always positive. The rooms are excellent, the breakfast is high-quality, and the staff are courteous. Thank you—I will definitely be back.

Employees was very rude. I had 5 in my room 2 adults 3 kids 14,14, and 13. We asked for towels and wash cloths after we turned in the dirty ones and they didn’t want to give us any. Thank God I brought a few of my own from home
