When we arrived at our first room, we did a walk through. We found the air in the room musty and unpleasant. The toilet was unclean. We immediately went to ask the hotel receptionist for another room or to have someone come and clean it. We were given a second room. The second room had a burned out lamp, with a melted plastic globe, and a non-functioning phone. Once again, we asked the hotel receptionist to send someone to replace the lamp and to connect a working telephone. We got a third room. The third room was cleaner, better smelling, and the phone and lamps were working ok. There was a leaking faucet in the tub, but we were fine with that. I was glad the hotel receptionist was helpful in getting us cleaner room, with better working devices. Sadly, the next day, I asked for an office area where I could use a computer and internet, and they said the computer was not working.

not bad! There are a lot of people, the hotel is very hot, and the reservation needs to be as early as possible. The traffic is very convenient, next to the No. 8 road, not far from the city center, it will be fixed here next time.

The room is large, the air conditioner is quiet, and it is next to the road, but the sound insulation is good. The hotel cleans once every two days. The breakfast changes every day, and it is good overall.

We stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old.
The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one.
The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed.
The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

I needed a place to crash late in the evening so I booked a room online. When I arrived it was clean and quiet. Customer service was excellent. I got a room right by my my cars parking spot. And when I walked into the suite it was absolutely great. Everything was perfect!

When staying here, the front desk was very polite, thank you. When I checked out, someone called at 11 o'clock. At that time, I was busy packing things and didn't answer the phone. As a result, the phone rang for 10 seconds, and knocked directly on the door and pushed the door open. Fortunately, there was an anti-theft bolt. . . This. . It's too much.

Facilities: It is an older hotel, but the hotel building is very large, so it should be used for meetings or events.
Hygiene: OK, clean and tidy.
Environment: There is a back garden, and the atmosphere and environment of the restaurant are good.
Service: OK, but you need some patience. The hotel delayed the breakfast confirmation for a long time at first, but it was finally resolved.
