Ararat Resort Tsaghkadzor

Perfect location, room and staff. Atmosphere is good. Cleanliness. Value and service is good. Value We had happy holidays in the Ararat resort, thanks a lot to the staff

Everything was great and comfortable. The only issue was that the hotel was too hot.

The check-in time was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we were only able to enter our room around 4:00 PM. Waiting for two hours after a long trip is unacceptable. The hotel should better organize its room preparation to respect guests’ time and comfort.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel, nice hotel rooms with comfortable beds, bathroom is big and accommodate all necessary stuff. Breakfast was so tasty, that I wanted to try everything. Hotel has nice indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi, it has children playground with nannies taking care for your kids. We happened to be there during great concert of Gor Sujyan, which made our stay even more interesting and enjoyable. But the best part for me is the location, just in the forest, where you have so much space to join with the nature- I took every chance to spend time outside in the trees with coffee and nice music. So this is definitely not the last time, that I'm there!!!! thank you to the staff for their care and attention!!!

Everything was good, but the food was not being replenished. We went down for dinner at 8, but found empty and half-empty dishes. The breakfast selection was also limited — they weren’t refilling the food there either.Stuff was good And please add Armenian to the list of languages as well — after all, we live in Armenia.

The child developed a fever at night, there was no first aid kit in the hotel, nothing could be done We called the reception and they said there wasn't even a thermometer.

The hotel was very clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was also good. The location was nice. Very kids friendly.

Very poor service. We needed something, and it was only brought to us 2 hours later. Keep in mind that if you feel unwell at night, there is neither a doctor nor any proper medicine available (not even something simple for nausea). Everything had to be literally requested — toothpaste/toothbrush, toilet paper. We pressed the button to call for cleaning, and when we came back 2 hours later, they hadn’t even been there to clean. Sleeping in the morning was impossible — from 8 a.m. there was noise throughout the whole hotel (I don’t know if it was from the guests or staff, but I believe such things should be kept under control). We had an incident, and considering the service as well, we decided to leave after 1 day at 13:00, but they didn’t even refund us for that one day. They offered for us to come another day instead, but the service at your place is so bad that we will never come back and definitely do not recommend it to anyone.
