Breakfast: It was very crowded during the holiday, and the service definitely took a hit! We paid full price, so why should we put up with subpar service?! Accommodation: The water dispenser had a lot of instant noodle residue that wasn't cleaned. It was quite concerning, especially since we needed it to prepare formula for our baby.

2nd time visiting LeoFoo. Room cleanliness and size is always a plus to stay here. Great view in the balcony with grazing animals walking in front of you. Was staying in loft room type which can accommodate 6 pax. Room offers great space and even 2 toilets to cater for the number of people it can serve. Room booking comes with hearty breakfast with wide variety to choose from with live stations offering eggs, bacon, ham and even a hot piping noodles. Good variety of other food from bread to cook food, cheese platter and much more. Drinks were plenty to choose from like fresh milk, soya to your standard juices and machine coffees. Overall with accompanied amusement park tickets, is worth the amount you paying for. Plan your time properly as the place requires some travelling from the nearest cities like Taipei, Taoyuan or Banqiao that offers high speed rail. Definitely a place welcoming for family with young children.

Super spacious with high ceilings. The breakfast is highly recommended. You can tell they put a lot of effort into running the place. I plan to visit again next time.

The front desk staff really need to improve. We asked them to book a breakfast time for us, and they told us to go to the 2nd floor ourselves. 😓😓

What an incredible weekend it has been—filled with laughter, adventure, and the thrill of the amusement park. Being surrounded by magnificent animals from around the world stirred a deep sense of nostalgia for South Africa, yet it made this anniversary all the more meaningful. There was something truly magical about celebrating amidst such beauty and life

Great for families, especially with seniors and kids. It saves the elderly from walking too much, and the kids can burn off energy at the hotel until 9 PM, making them sleep extra soundly at night.

The room is a loft, spacious enough, and the facilities are decent. Breakfast and dinner require advance reservations. When we tried to book on the day of check-in, we could only get slots at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM for dinner, which was a bit inconvenient with small children. Parking is good, and it's close to Leofoo Village.

The toilet kept clogging for no reason, and even after it was fixed, it would clog again intermittently. The staff seemed either frantically busy or robotic, lacking any real service quality or warmth. This hotel offers no quality service.

The room decor is quite old, comparable to the standard of a mainland guesthouse. The service is poor, and you can't check in until 4 PM, so you're left waiting in the restaurant with no activities to do.

The resort and theme park package is of great value especially for those travelling with children as two days is just sufficient to enjoy both the water and amusement parks. The staff were very nice and could help arrange taxi directly to airport. We also fed the capybaras which were super cute.

Very interesting place to stay in but the rooms are a bit old. Service is not too good but the kids enjoyed themselves

The hotel's location is super convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was really comfortable – I slept soundly. The front desk and staff were very friendly and made me feel well looked after. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience and would definitely come back again.

Fantastic hotel (best beds during our whole trip). Toilets in room... better to have 1 upstairs instead of both downstairs. Leofoo theme park was a huge let-down (half of the attractions closed) and no atmosphere. Best thing was no need to queue for (the sub-par) rides
