Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I booked a classic king room this time, and it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept wonderfully. The room was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with amenities, and all the details were well-taken care of, which made me feel very at ease. The location of Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu is a major highlight. It's right by Qingcao Lake, offering a tranquil environment away from the city's hustle and bustle. A morning stroll by the lake was incredibly pleasant, making it a rare place where you can truly relax. In terms of service, the front desk staff were friendly and polite. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, with no waiting involved. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained, public areas were clean, and the hardware definitely lives up to a four-star standard. All in all, this stay was great value for money, perfect for travelers looking for a short break to recharge. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Hsinchu.

The play area is huge, and there's a spa pool too. My 3-year-old played for two days straight, so much so that he was completely wiped out and fell asleep immediately. The breakfast was also very generous. It's a hotel definitely worth staying at.

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The food at the Sun Bistro was absolutely amazing! The kids had a fantastic time at Kid's Corner (Kale Park), and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was there alone with two kids, and they were running all over the place, but the staff really helped out by keeping an eye on them. It was so thoughtful! The kids didn't want to leave, and we'll definitely be back!

Had a good experience overall. The front desk upgraded us to a deluxe twin room, which was very clean and comfortable. It seems that the booking platform only had one cheaper room type available, so I couldn't book another after securing the first one.

Our family enjoyed a family retreat at Lakeshore Hotel. Very children friendly. May have to take taxi to city centre.

This was my second visit, and it was just as great as the first! The kids' playroom is fantastic, and my children had a blast. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. It's a shame we didn't have time to use the pool facilities. We'll definitely plan another trip to Lakeshore Hotel Hsinchu if we get the chance!

Hsinchu Lakeshore is my kids' top choice for a vacation. This is our third time here because they love swimming and the ball pit. There aren't enough of the electric cars to play with, and the shooting game always has a long line. Still, we had a great time!

The rooms offer a variety of themes, especially the character-themed rooms designed for children, which are very appealing. The reception staff explained everything clearly, and the 안내 (information/guidance) was also very helpful. The environment is incredibly clean and tidy. The coin laundry is a convenient addition. There's a large kids' play area on the first basement floor that the children absolutely loved. The breakfast had a wide selection, was colorful, and delicious. The kids kept saying they wanted to stay again!

Good for family trip.

We stayed here with our kids five years ago and they absolutely loved it. Years later, with the kids now in upper elementary, we returned and they had just as much fun. The adults really enjoyed the sauna too. It's a great place for families to spend the day.
