The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly, and the air conditioning worked well. Complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and there was always plenty of hot water. On the downside, breakfast isn't provided. The hotel is located right next to a main road, so traffic noise can be quite loud, but thankfully, earplugs are supplied.

I chose this place for a short business trip primarily because it offered parking. I overlooked the 6 PM check-in time, so I had to go out and kill some time before returning. I had originally picked it thinking it was closer to Fukutang Ganban-yoku (rock bath). There are hardly any shops or amenities nearby, and it's located on a very busy road. The price wasn't particularly cheap either. At night, you can feel subtle tremors, almost like mini-earthquakes, caused by the frequent passage of large trucks. Earplugs are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. Personally, I was so utterly exhausted that I just collapsed into bed and slept, so it didn't bother me too much!

Conveniently located near Nanliao Fishing Port. The room was mostly clean, and the bathtub was spacious. However, as many reviews have pointed out, the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear cars rushing by on the road when it's quiet at night. I managed to solve this issue by simply wearing earplugs.

We stayed in a 6-person room for our family trip. Although it's an older motel, the room was clean and didn't have any strange odors when we checked in. The facilities were well-maintained. Breakfast was freshly prepared, and the dining staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the only drawback was the subpar soundproofing. As the motel is located right by a provincial highway, we could hear traffic passing by late at night, which significantly affected our sleep quality.

The service was friendly, the place was spotless, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the lady who prepared it was exceptionally kind.

My third visit! I keep choosing this motel for work because it's so comfortable and I really appreciate the room's spaciousness. I always end up sleeping in too late and missing breakfast, though! Hope to come back again, and maybe next time I'll actually get to try their breakfast.

Service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It's clean and comfortable, with an extremely convenient location near Zhubei Night Market. The bathroom has been renovated, and it offers a private garage. This is one of the few chain hotels that truly delivers on quality.

We arrived 15 minutes ahead of our 6 PM check-in, hoping to inquire about early access. The front desk staff informed us that early check-in would incur an additional fee, or we could leave them a 5-star Google review. They explicitly stated they would *verify* the review before granting us early check-in and two complimentary sparkling waters. This whole interaction left a very bad impression. We would have been perfectly fine waiting if early check-in wasn't an option. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet offering unlimited freshly cooked eggs, prepared by an attendant. There were many families with children staying here. It's not ideal if your room is located in the same building as the housekeeping staff's working area. The constant noise of doors opening and closing, and people moving around directly above us, was so incredibly loud and constant, we wondered what on earth was going on up there!

Nice and good bed experience, nice staff service

We've stopped here for a quick transit to Tai Chung the next day. It's a motel with free parking space. The room is clean and spacious. There is no restaurants around and a 7/11 convenience store is around. The shower is great and the breakfast is good enough.

We were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times. A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform. We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen.
