I read great reviews but I was a bit disappointed. My sheets smelled like they didn't fully dry. I wanted to add an extra night but they said my room was unavailable and I would need to change rooms. I asked if I upgraded my room, could I get one where I could stay in 2 consecutive days. They said I would need to purchase a whole other room and my current room will be forfeited and not refunded. I asked what if I'm okay to change room just let me check out an hour later, I was still asked to pay the extra fee of $500/hour. Extremely penny pinching and no compromise given. For breakfast, there wasn't anyone there to check the tickets so anyone can just walk in. Not allowed to smoke on the balcony, you need to go to the 1F or 5F for that. Only body wash and shampoo provided. No tea or coffee in the room. A kettle and tea cups with no spoons. Pros: spacious room and bathroom. A lot of closet space. Safety deposit box. Luggage storage after check-out. Complimentary snack/drinks BUT not allowed to takeaway or take to the room to eat.

Dar Lon is a great hotel for business travellers. They have free flow coffee and complimentary vouchers are given upon check in where you can redeem ice cream, fruits or a cake. Would definitely choose Dar Lon for the next stay!

Clean room. They got machine to do self check in and check out. Parking space was available in the basement level. Location wise is not too far from central area if you drive, but have to walk very far. Breakfast was nice. They will also give you voucher to redeem cake or drink. Recommended.

I went to Hsinchu for a wedding banquet and stayed in a superior family room the day before. The experience was quite good. The welcome drink included unlimited coffee and cakes. The toilet and bathroom in the room were separated from wet and dry, and a bottle of red wine was given as a gift. The whole feeling was quite good.

We stayed from 3:45pm to 4pm. It was troublesome to check in by ourselves. The facilities in the room were very good and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The sound of water in the bathroom next door was very clear.
