This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious and fantastic; the twin room felt significantly larger than what you'd typically find in other hotels. The front desk service was also very commendable. The only minor drawback was that the cafe's food service was a bit slow.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and well-planned the room layout was, especially the automatic blinds which were perfect for blocking out light. The beds were extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows, allowing us to have a great night's sleep. While the AC temperature took a little while to lower to our desired level, it was not a breaking point and everything else was perfect. Added perks included free parking and complimentary ice cream for children’s day weekend. We will definitely visit again

Good hotel, big room with high ceilings. Bad marks for service due to the "eco-friendly" cleaning policy which means they only clean thoroughly on Mondays and Thursdays, which according to me is just an excuse to deliver less at the price point offered. If you're staying from Thursday-Monday or Thursday-Sunday, you will not get thorough cleaning of your room so keep that in mind.

I had a really nice stay at Episode Hotel Hsinchu. The place feels modern and cozy, and everything was clean and well taken care of. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is also convenient for business but not so for leisure holiday. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, easy stay in Hsinchu.

Located a bit out of the way, rooms are nice but not luxurious - large selection of free movies is definitely a plus. Restaurant and bar very well decorated but still feel claustrophobic due to building design.
