The room was nice, but the location wasn't good. It was tucked away in a cramped neighborhood and hard to access. The service was unhelpful and unclear. I had called and confirmed a deal beforehand, but when I arrived, it wasn't honored, and I was asked to pay extra. They were irresponsible and even showed attitude. I really wasn't happy about it. Even if everything else was good, bad service really brings down the whole experience.

The hotel was absolutely great! Stuff was friendly, room was very clea, big and and super comfortable, everything you need was there. The pool and court are very beautiful and calm. It's around 15-20 min to the beach, 5 min to the next 7 eleven and some restaurants and bars.

We chose this hotel because it had a good rating, a pool, and wasn't too far from Hua Hin's center, all while being budget-friendly. This option fit the bill perfectly. The only downside was that we never used the pool because the water was too cold. The room itself was spacious, though a bit dated and decorated rather oddly. However, that didn't significantly impact our overall impression. What did, though, was how close it was to the railway – you could hear the trains at night. You can walk to the city beach from the hotel, but it's better to go by scooter or taxi.

The place was nice and clean. In the morning, the train noise was a little loud. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located near the pool, but it closed a bit too early, which was a shame.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the comfort of the room. It was spacious and spotless. Having direct access to the pool from the balcony was a real luxury. This made every morning and evening much more relaxing and convenient, allowing me to enjoy a dip at any time. The service overall was excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. The only area that could be improved was the bed mattress. Although the bed was very large and spacious, it seemed to have a rubber coating, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. This was a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay.
