The hotel doesn't have a front desk. It's divided into four buildings: A, B, C, and D. You get the room key password from the mailbox, using the information provided by the platform. The room looks exactly like the photos, with a microwave and a washing machine, and it has a pool view. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are two night markets within a 3-minute walk from the exit. Plus, there are several convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient.

Located at great location, close to tamarind night market and close to people cafe

It turns out the place is more like a service appartment than a hotel. It was a great place to chill and really close to 2 weekend markets.

When I made the reservation, the hotel stated that the room would have either a sea view or a pool view, which was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. However, upon arrival, I was given a room with neither. The view from the room was completely different from what had been advertised, which was extremely disappointing. In addition, the quality of the room amenities was far below expectations. The blanket was very thin and uncomfortable, and the pillows were of poor quality, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the room and facilities did not reflect the price that was paid. The management and handling of room accommodations were also very poor. From room allocation to the overall guest experience, it felt like little attention was given to customer satisfaction. The level of service was far from what should be expected at this price point. In summary, my stay was extremely disappointing. The room, amenities, and overall service did not justify the cost at all. Considering the amount paid, the experience offered very poor value for money. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone else. The standards fell well below expectations in every aspect.

For this price, there are definitely better options available. The environment and hygiene are acceptable, but the Wi-Fi here is completely unusable because it's 4G. You can't even watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV since the internet is just 4G, which was a terrible experience. I hope they can improve this in the future. I had to go to the lobby to use the Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning in the lobby turns off at 7:00 PM. It was very inconvenient. The hotel is relatively close to the city center and there's a night market nearby, but Hua Hin is a small place, so even if you stay a bit further out, travel time is still quick. I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends.

Arrived and simple process. In my defence it was late and we were tired. So couldn't work out how to get in as we didn't realise their was a digital pin code (You had to touch keypad before it would display) Once we worked this out everything was great. Condo is next to two night markets and the food is amazing and so cheap. It is also close to two large shopping malls you will need transport or as we did, use grab or bolt. Lots of local bars and some really nice restraunts. It's 10 mins to the beach you can walk North towards the centre of Hua Hin beach or South to Khao Takiab beach. Condos have great pool and a gym with limited equipment. Rooms have everything as advertised shower was great as was the air conditioning. Would recommend to friends and family and anyone that takes the time to read review

The room was clean and spacious, with parking available. It's close to food options and very convenient for getting around.

For those bringing their own car, you can't park at the accommodation itself. Only condo owners are allowed to park there. You'll have to park elsewhere, which is quite a long walk from the condo. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also pretty loud and made a persistent clunking noise throughout the night.

It’s so great to stay there. The environment makes me feel comfortable. Specifically, it’s so convenient to check in and check out, so save time. Thanks for this service
