Located in the heart of Hua Hin, next to the Marriott Hotel, in a very upscale private apartment complex, this property features four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st floor houses the living room and kitchen, exactly as shown in the photos provided by the landlord. One room is also suitable for families with children. It's a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, with a communal swimming pool and professional cleaning services. Large shopping malls are nearby. Communication with the property manager was seamless (English-speaking). The only area for improvement is the unpleasant odor from the drain in the 2nd-floor bathroom.

It was a very beautiful misunderstanding. I thought this place had a private swimming pool, but it turned out not to have one. I also thought the swimming pool was by the sea, but it turned out not to have one at all. They might have used misleading pictures when they were advertising. Everyone should be careful. I have been going to Hua Hin for almost 20 years. It is indeed a comfortable place. It was just that the villa I booked this time was a bit untrue. The rest was also very good. The staff were polite and helpful, which was still pleasant.

住宿地點及整潔度是好的, 給1分是因為我們遇到入屋偷竊, 住宿有極大的安全隱憂 ~ 去了泰國十多次，華欣也4次了，第一次在住宿遇到偷竊案，也報了案。 (分享比較長, 請耐心看完) 1. 接近六時入住時，職員只要求上去房間看一下(沒有陪同上樓)，便匆匆收取按金及交給鎖匙，並沒有交帶或驗收任何事，我們也是第一次入住，理所當然的認為住宿方是要交給一個安全及鎖好的房屋給我們，不知道地下的落地大窗戶及其中一間房的露台是沒有鎖上，行李放在大廳後，鎖好大門便出去吃飯。 2. 晚上接近十時回來，用鎖匙開大門進屋，發現其中三個行李箱給人曾經開過，賊人匆忙關上行李時還把行李帶外露在外，而有家人稍後會去日本，發現行李中的外幣給偷竊了，但屋主說屋外是沒有cctv， 而屋苑入口的監控說看不到有可疑人員出入(那即說明賊人有可能是內部人員)，為了自身安全，我們要求報警處理，警察也很快來到。 3. 當晚報案處理折騰了差不多三小時，由於有老人家，而且很夜了，我們唯有繼續住落去，但這間住宿的安全性真是很低，及後發現玻璃大門及窗戶就算鎖上，在外用點力也可以弄開。 4. 由始至終，我們沒有要求什麼賠償或退款，只要求退房時幫忙處理哪個不安全的行李箱，但退房時住宿方竟說我們少了一隻杯，一開始交屋時並沒有說有多少隻杯碗，我們給人偷了錢是實實在在的事，區區會貪你一隻杯!？荒謬之極... 5. 住宿雖然相對較便宜，而且近海灘及 market village，泳池也很不錯，但這間屋的安全性隱憂及內部人員的問題，還是建議住其他的酒店或附近的住宿。
