HOTEL WHITT HUA HIN

Good accommodation, good location, very convenient. I've stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

Located near the night market, there was a band performance on a day off, creating a great atmosphere. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and there are songthaews (shared taxis) at the intersection that go to the city center and Monkey Mountain for 15 yuan, making it quite convenient to get around.

We checked into room 308. The first thing we noticed in the bathroom was the old shower cap that hadn't been removed from the toilet paper bottle. We picked it up and took a video. Then we opened the refrigerator and found snacks wrapped in tissue paper. Of course, we didn't see the cleanliness of the room, and there was no check before guests checked in. The kettle was plugged in, and water was still in it. The TV kept flickering and the bathroom amenities weren't replenished. We met with a staff member during the night shift and immediately requested a room change. The room we were assigned was 307. The staff informed us that they had upgraded it. The only difference we noticed was the additional bathrobe, towel bag, and umbrella, which was no different from the one we had originally booked. It was almost midnight, so we decided not to move. We'd like to ask the hotel to inspect the room before guests check in. It was terrible. Pros: The water pressure was good. : The air conditioning was cool and not noisy.

The rooms are nice and clean, with a white tone. The hotel is new and close to the Cicada Market, just a short walk across. I understand that breakfast is not crowded, so there are set menus to choose from, but it's still quite filling. The staff provides good service. Downstairs is a comfortable lobby.
