Facilities: New Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Good Service: Good The hardware facilities inside the room are all brand new. The balconies offer sea views. The hotel is right next to the water park. You can see it as soon as you step out of the hotel entrance. Plus, guests have unlimited access to the water park. There are also dining tokens available for use. The breakfast is very rich, with both Western and Asian options. You can also reach it by simply walking past the train station next door. This is a hotel with extremely high value for money.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and upgraded us to a family room. We had a very nice view and a comfortable suite.

Great family-friendly hotel! Everything was fantastic except for the check-in time which is in the afternoon. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, but reservations are required. The water park is conveniently located right outside the hotel.

The staff provided excellent service! It's also close to the water park, which was incredibly fun. The safety staff were also very attentive. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and there's a sky deck with a glass floor on the 27th floor offering stunning views.

This was our second stay here, my son specifically asked to come back because of the free daily access to the water park. Playing in the water is great fun, the rooms are quite spacious, and they even have balconies. The view from the top floor is also fantastic!

Vana Nava is our top choice for a family vacation with elders and children. As soon as we got out of the car, staff members were there to help with our luggage. We handed it over and headed straight to the lobby on the 8th floor for check-in. By the time we got to our room, our luggage had already been delivered. The room was spacious, and the staff thoughtfully added an extra bed for us, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with enough variety that it never felt repetitive, even after several days. The shuttle bus service was very convenient; we could book our destinations and return times with the front desk in advance. All in all, we'll definitely choose this place again next time!

It was great! I really liked that the accommodation was clean, entry to the water park was free, and the food was delicious and not expensive at all. The only downside was waiting for the elevator sometimes, but it's forgivable.
